See it live

A typical 2026 revenue intelligence shortlist has seven platforms on it. Three of them publish list prices: Weflow, Avoma, and Momentum (through its standalone plans and Salesforce's new sales editions). Gong, Clari (now merged with Salesloft) and Jiminny publish only their pricing structure. Attention publishes nothing at all.

Every bill in this category comes down to three numbers:

  • The seat. This is where your budget starts.
  • The platform fee or prerequisite licence. This multiplies the seat.
  • The AI meter. This is the number that breaks budgets, and usually the rollout along with it.

At roughly 62 seats, Weflow lands between about $36K and $58K a year at list price. The AI is in the seat, and there's no implementation fee. We show that math below, along with what the seat buys you in AI-powered deal execution in Weflow. For the vendors that hide their prices, we don't guess at figures. We give you the questions that make the first quote the real one.

Compare Weflow, Gong, Clari and four others at a glance

These seven platforms differ most in two places: whether a price is published at all, and what it costs you to put the AI to work.

MomentumAsk Momentum, Account Briefs and Deep Research. Momentum doesn't document permission behavior.Admin install takes minutes. On Google Meet, each user has to authorize.Five CI tools, seven dialers, Slack or Teams, and Salesforce. No server of its own. Access runs through Salesforce's Hosted MCP.API is off by default and capped at 100 requests per 15 minutes.List price, published: $69 or $99 standalone plus a $30 CI add-on. Bundled in Salesforce Core ($195), Advanced ($395) and Max ($550).

How firm these numbers are:

  • List prices: Weflow, Avoma, Momentum's standalone plans and Salesforce's editions.
  • Estimates: Clari's seat range.
  • Structure only: everything else, because those vendors don't publish a figure.

Why the pricing page now decides your revenue intelligence shortlist

Conversation intelligence isn't new technology anymore. A vendor that stays vague about price now gets marked down on total cost before anyone looks at the product.

Our co-founder Philipp Stelzer puts the fair market band at roughly $40 to $50 per user per month for activity capture and conversation intelligence combined. For conversation intelligence alone, with a proper feature set and a deep Salesforce integration, he puts it at around $30. A five-thousand-dollar platform fee plus $100 to $200 per user sits well above that band.

This is also a career question for you, if you're new in the role:

"you join an organization, you come there, and then the first thing you do is spend fifty grand or one hundred grand to just introduce CI. Maybe not the best way to introduce yourself to the CFO, but that's a different discussion."

RevOps buyer

Price alone rarely moves a team off Gong, though. The incumbent is the safe buy, and everyone on your buying committee knows it.

"I wasn't going to get fired for buying Gong. It wasn't going to happen, right? So it was a very safe choice."

Chris Nethercote, Head of Sales at Weflow, former Gong enterprise customer

So the pricing lens works best as a filter, and value has to sit right next to the number. That's how we've built every tool section below: capabilities first, then price.

Price revenue intelligence as three numbers: seat, platform fee, meter

Every revenue intelligence bill is a seat, a prerequisite or platform fee, and a meter. The meter decides whether adoption survives the first year.

The seat price is only the first of three numbers

The per-seat price is where your budget starts. Seat creep and paid viewer seats inflate it long before any AI charge shows up.

Most teams start with a number that's been floating around the business. By the time someone actually builds the user list, it has moved. One rollout owner started at 150 seats and landed at 260 once every role was on the sheet:

"You know, jumping from 150 to over 200 is a big uplift Right. It's a big uplift. I don't think everyone was aware it was going to be that."

RevOps buyer

Two things drive most of that creep:

  • Viewer seats. Leaders, managers and RevOps often only read dashboards. A flat price for everyone charges them the same as reps who live in the tool.
  • Shelfware kept alive for data. Teams pay full seats for people who barely log in, just so activity keeps flowing into the CRM.

"if you have 50 AEs, right ... Do they all have a Salesloft account? Yeah, therefore, okay, so how many are using them, using cadences? 10. Okay, so you pay 40 users times 120, for what? Yeah, to capture activities."

RevOps buyer

Ask these seat questions before you trust any per-user figure:

  • Do viewer seats cost anything, and what can a viewer do?
  • Can I put different roles on different plans?
  • Can I move seats between plan types during the term?
  • How many of your customers' users log in weekly after 12 months?

Platform fees and prerequisite licences multiply the seat

Packaging built for total contract value means your price depends on which door you came through. Gong is the clearest example.

Gong Foundation is a mandatory core licence. Enable Essentials, Forecast Essentials, Gong Forecast, Gong Engage and Data Cloud are applications you buy on top of it. Gong also charges a platform fee that scales with the number of users.

Seats count per application, not per person. Here's how that plays out:

  • A manager who needs deal functionality uses a Foundation seat and a Forecast Essentials seat.
  • Give ten managers that access, and you've added twenty seat line items, not ten.
  • Gong's eighteen Agent Studio agents are spread across four separately purchased packages. Wanting the full set means Foundation plus three applications.

The same logic shows up elsewhere. Salesloft sells Advanced and Elite packages with forecasting, agents and the dialer as paid add-ons. Salesforce puts Momentum inside its editions, then sells the agents that act on its data separately.

AI credits turn a fixed contract into a variable bill

Consumption meters bolted onto premium seats set off a predictable chain:

  1. Someone has to own the risk of an invoice that moves with usage.
  2. Nobody wants to own it, so access gets rationed.
  3. Rationed access means failed adoption.
  4. Failed adoption means an awkward renewal.

"I can't have explosive token usage. We can't afford to say, oh, it cost 200 grand, I spent 400 grand."

RevOps buyer
Sean P. Gannon on LinkedIn: “Gong Credits and Outreach's AI credit tiers meter your usage of the AI features on top of the seat price. Your price quote is not the ceiling anymore.”

The metering also follows the integration path. The same Gong brief is free when you generate it by hand in the Gong interface, and costs credits when you generate it through the API or the MCP server. Your AI bill rises exactly when you start wiring conversation data into your own AI stack.

That's why predictability beats generosity. A larger fixed number is easier to defend to finance than a smaller variable one.

"We want to make sure that you have predictable pricing, and it is very, very hard to achieve in the age of AI."

Philipp Stelzer, Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Weflow

Here are the meters in this field:

  • Gong credits: a company-wide pool, charged by the volume of data processed. It meters AI Trackers, MCP and API workflows.
  • Clari Copilot AI Themes: a monthly quota of analyses.
  • Salesforce Flex Credits: the consumption currency for running Agentforce agents, allocated by edition.
  • Jiminny dialer minutes: 2 cents a minute beyond the allowance.
  • Weflow Agent Builder actions: priced per workspace, on published tiers. This is the only thing we meter.

Weflow publishes its prices and puts AI in the seat

Weflow is the Revenue AI Orchestration platform for sales, customer success, and RevOps teams. We built it for Salesforce teams, and our price is a published seat with the AI inside it.

What Weflow gives you on Ask AI, rollout, integrations, MCP and data

Ask Weflow AI, conversation intelligence rollout and MCP access are full offerings. Integrations are where we stop short: there's no native warehouse connector, and we aren't a connector-catalogue platform.

CapabilityWhat you getWhere it stops
Ask AIAsk Weflow AI answers across Salesforce records, emails, meetings and transcripts. You can scope it to a call, a deal, a filtered board, an account or the whole system. It inherits Salesforce permissions and adds its own guardrails on top.One query is capped at one million tokens, so book-wide questions belong in an agent. It doesn't reach your other knowledge systems.
RolloutThe admin configures recording by team, and coverage follows the org chart as people join. Go-live typically takes two to four weeks, or four to six for a large org. Each licensed user has to sign in once before the notetaker joins their meetings.
IntegrationsNative integrations with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Teams, Meet, Slack and the Outreach dialer. BI tools such as Tableau and Looker connect through the API.No native Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery connector. Warehouses load through the API.
MCPAn official read-only connector gives Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants your playbooks, call summaries, transcripts, forecast calls and pipeline metrics. It's switched on per workspace, with a separate transcript toggle.Read-only. Per-rep forecast breakdowns are capped at 25 owners.
Raw dataThe REST API bulk-exports transcripts, metadata, scores and signals as JSON or CSV. Recordings export to your own cloud storage. No native warehouse connector.

Because Ask Weflow AI runs in the Chrome extension, your reps can ask a question from inside the Salesforce record they're already working on.

How Weflow prices products, bundles and Agent Builder actions

We publish every product and bundle per seat. Only Agent Builder meters, it's priced per workspace, and its tiers are published. Agents you build yourself in Claude or ChatGPT over our API or MCP connector draw nothing.

Actions scale with what an agent does:

  • A simple lookup counts as one action.
  • A research agent counts as about three.
  • An agent reasoning across transcripts and activity counts as about five.

Standard workflows such as meeting prep, summaries, field updates and coaching scorecards don't draw on the allowance at all.

What every plan includes:

  • Ask Weflow AI Pro and the Agent Builder free tier.
  • Free viewer seats, with quarterly reallocation between full and viewer seats.
  • Recordings, transcripts, AI templates and Ask Weflow AI prompts with no usage caps inside a bundle.

The terms:

  • Billed annually, 12-month minimum term, 10-user minimum.
  • Recording sits inside Weflow Conversation Intelligence, not inside Weflow Activity & Contact Capture. That's why the Weflow Revenue AI Foundation bundle pairs the two.

Gong stacks a Foundation licence, applications and pooled AI credits

Gong invented this category, has the deepest conversation analytics, and carries the safest brand in it. The total you pay is built from a mandatory core, per-application seats, a platform fee, and a company-wide credit pool that meters automation.

What Gong gives you on AI chat, rollout, integrations, MCP and data

Gong's integration breadth is the widest in the field. Its AI chat and MCP are record-scoped and capped, and getting data into a warehouse takes a separate application.

CapabilityWhat you getWhere it stops
Ask AIAI Ask Anything answers questions about a deal, account, contact or search. Gong Assistant adds an ongoing chat with account and deal context.Answers come from capped slices: 60 calls and 500 emails per deal or account question. Gong Assistant works on the call page only, so portfolio questions stay single-shot.
RolloutCompany-wide Google Workspace install, with nothing for reps to set up.About four weeks on average, or 6 to 12 weeks with professional services. Use cases beyond recording need an internal owner to configure them.
IntegrationsAbout 450 integrations and partner solutions, call import from about 30 dialers, and recording on eleven meeting platforms.Botless recording is available on Zoom only.
MCPNative connectors for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot.Three record-scoped tools, AI insights rather than transcripts, and read-only. It draws metered credits and needs a paid Gong seat plus a paid AI tool tier.
Raw dataThe public API returns transcripts, participants, trackers and scorecards.Capped at 3 calls a second and 10,000 a day. Warehouse delivery needs Data Cloud.

How Gong's Foundation, applications, platform fee and credits add up

Gong publishes no prices. Every figure arrives in a custom proposal that starts with a team-size form. The structure is public, though, so here's how the quote gets built:

  1. Gong Foundation, the mandatory core licence, priced per user.
  2. Applications on top, each with its own seats: Enable Essentials or Enable, Forecast Essentials or Gong Forecast, Gong Engage, and Data Cloud.
  3. A platform fee that scales with the number of users.
  4. A credit pool. Each paid core seat contributes 2,000 credits a year to a pool shared across the company. The pool resets each contract year, and purchased top-ups expire without rolling over.
  5. Data Cloud, if you want warehouse export, at about $5K a year.

Credits are charged by the volume of data processed. A call over ten minutes costs one credit, a shorter call costs half a credit, and each email costs a tenth.

What draws on the credit pool:

  • Question-based AI Trackers (the largest driver of consumption)
  • The MCP server
  • API-based AI workflows

What stays in the seat:

  • Calls and call analysis, conversation insights, deal intelligence and forecasting
  • Coaching, and revenue and deal predictions
  • Agent Studio agents run by hand by an individual user

Free Collaborator accounts can view calls. They get no AI Ask Anything and no MCP access. Gong doesn't add credits or raise charges unless you choose to buy more.

Clari and Salesloft quote every deal and meter AI Themes

Clari's roll-up forecasting and inspection for large sales-leadership orgs is mature. Since the December 2025 merger, it comes as one suite with Salesloft, sold quote-only, with AI Themes metered by quota and MCP sold as a paid add-on.

What Clari and Salesloft give you on AI, rollout, MCP and data

Ask Salesloft is broad. Ask Copilot is narrow. Reps onboard one by one, and the MCP server costs extra.

CapabilityWhat you getWhere it stops
Ask AIAsk Salesloft is included in every package. It answers across accounts, people, opportunities, calls, emails and uploaded documents, from only the records the user may see.Ask Copilot is limited to 15 hand-picked calls recorded since January 2026.
RolloutReps can be invited as Rep, Manager or Observer. Each rep joins Copilot individually: they sign up, connect a calendar, record a voice fingerprint and install the desktop app.
IntegrationsThe Salesloft data layer syncs with Salesforce, Dynamics, Snowflake, Databricks, Gmail, DocuSign, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn. Recording covers Zoom, Teams, Meet and Webex.Integration depth depends on the package.
MCPThe Salesloft MCP server covers accounts, people, opportunities and call summaries. A separate Clari Forecast MCP server gives assistants forecast data.Salesloft MCP needs the paid Agentic add-on, is read-only and in beta, and excludes raw transcripts, cadences and forecasts. Clari Forecast MCP needs a Claude or ChatGPT Business or Enterprise subscription.
Raw dataREST and Export APIs, a Copilot API, forecast history as CSV, and Snowflake and Databricks sync.Depends on the package bought.

How Clari and Salesloft price packages, add-ons and AI Themes

Both clari.com/pricing and salesloft.com/pricing redirect to a Talk to Sales booking page. No seat prices appear anywhere.

What's published:

  • Two packages, Advanced and Elite.
  • Add-ons on top of either package: Forecasting, the Account Agent, the Coaching Agent and the Dialer. The MCP server comes with the agent add-ons.
  • Dialer pricing: unlimited-calling modules per region, local numbers at $1 per number per month, and free call recordings.
  • Copilot AI Themes runs on a monthly quota of analyses, with the remaining allowance shown before you start a run.
  • No free trial, and no self-serve signup.

What's estimated:

  • Seat price: an estimated $120 to $180 per user per month.
  • Professional services: an estimated $15K to $50K.
Clari Copilot AI Themes screen showing six of fifty monthly analyses used and a set of fixed preset questions
Clari Copilot's AI Themes screen, showing the monthly analysis quota counter.

Two years into a contract, many teams find they're paying suite prices for a small slice of the suite:

"We mostly use Clari for roll-ups, simple pipeline analytics, and to inspect and the price point for that is crazy high."

Avoma publishes seat prices and charges for intelligence add-ons

Avoma is transparent: published per-seat prices, free viewers and no credits. The intelligence layers are paid add-ons, and the product grew outward from the meeting, so its CRM layer is shallower.

What Avoma gives you on Ask Avoma, rollout, integrations, MCP and data

Admin-level workspace connections make Avoma easy to roll out. Its AI chat and data access depend on which plan and add-ons you buy.

CapabilityWhat you getWhere it stops
Ask AIGlobal Ask Avoma answers across meeting transcripts, synced emails, deal and pipeline data, playlists and the web. Ask Avoma also answers within one deal.Global Ask Avoma needs the Conversation Intelligence add-on. Avoma doesn't document whether answers respect CRM permissions.
RolloutAdmins connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Zoom once for the whole org, and set recording rules centrally.Expert onboarding is an optional paid extra.
Integrations26 native integrations across conferencing, six CRMs, dialers and sales engagement tools, plus Slack and Zapier.Email sync needs the Revenue Intelligence add-on.
MCPA connector for Claude and ChatGPT with 11 read tools and 3 write tools.Needs the Organization or Enterprise plan, or the API Access add-on.
Raw dataA REST API and webhooks for meetings, recordings, transcripts, notes and scorecards.Limited to 60 requests a minute, on the Organization plan and above.

How Avoma prices recorder seats, add-ons and upload caps

Avoma publishes recorder-seat tiers with a 10-seat minimum. A full-featured seat is the base plan plus two add-ons.

Plan or add-onList price (per seat per month, annual)What it unlocks
Startup$19Base recording and notes, up to 25 seats
Organization$29Custom AI templates, the API and webhooks, up to 100 seats
Enterprise$39SSO, custom retention, signed DPAs
Revenue Intelligence add-on$29Deal risk alerts, two-way CRM field updates, roll-up forecasting, email sync
Conversation Intelligence add-on$29AI call scoring, scorecards, trackers, Global Ask Avoma
Onboarding with an Avoma expert$1,000 one-timeOptional setup service

A few limits sit inside those prices:

  • Uploads of pre-recorded files are capped at 5, 10 or 20 per user a month, depending on the plan.
  • AI notes can be regenerated twice per meeting on standard templates, and four times on custom templates.
  • Viewer seats are free and unlimited, and a 14-day trial is available.

Attention publishes no price and rate-limits MCP instead of charging

Attention runs the most open MCP server in this field, built around automating what happens after a call. You can't size its cost without a negotiation.

What Attention gives you on AI, rollout, integrations, MCP and data

Attention's openness is real. The trade-offs show up in rollout and in how much access an org-level key carries.

CapabilityWhat you getWhere it stops
Ask AIThe Insights tab answers about one call or a whole deal. The Super Agent searches Salesforce and HubSpot accounts, runs pipeline queries and reads imported emails.Insights has no account-level scope.
RolloutConnecting a CRM drafts scorecards, field configurations and email templates for review. Enterprise customers get a custom setup completed in a week. The notetaker joins from calendars each rep links in their own settings, so recording rolls out rep by rep.
IntegrationsGoogle, Outlook and Zoom calendars, Zoom Phone and Aircall import, two-way Slack, and workflow steps in Gmail, Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Snowflake and more.Workflows with custom code need someone to maintain them.
MCP68 read-write tools that return raw transcripts, run AI analysis across up to 25 calls, and reach the Super Agent.Rate-limited. Org-level API keys carry full organization access with no user binding.
Raw dataRaw transcripts, scorecards and insights through MCP and API keys. Workflows can push to Snowflake or any API.Governed by rate limits.

Attention's AI chat questions are scoped per conversation or per deal. The account option sits in the menu, greyed out:

Attention Insights tab with the scope dropdown open, offering This Conversation and Entire Deal, with Account shown greyed out and unselectable
Attention's Insights tab, with the scope selector showing This Conversation and Entire Deal.

What you can and can't know about Attention's price

Attention has no pricing page and no rate card. It sells custom contracts to mid-market and enterprise teams, and every pricing question routes to a demo booking.

  • What you know before the first call: Attention publishes no credits, tokens or metered AI consumption, in the workflow builder or in the MCP server. Rate limits govern MCP usage instead.
  • What you have to ask: the seat price, how agent and workflow usage is charged, and whether any of that can change mid-contract.

Jiminny sells flat tiers without published prices or AI credits

Jiminny is coaching-first and works across many CRMs. Each tier is one flat per-seat fee with no platform fee and no credits. The prices themselves aren't published, and dialer minutes over the allowance are metered.

What Jiminny gives you on Ask Jiminny, rollout, integrations, MCP and data

Jiminny's AI and data access step up by tier, and every rep has to sign in.

CapabilityWhat you getWhere it stops
Ask AIAsk Jiminny answers on one call or one deal. A deal answer draws on up to 80 recent emails and 10 recent calls.Cross-call questions (Panorama, up to 100 calls or deals) are on the Grow tier only.
RolloutAdmins on Google Workspace can force-install the Chrome extension.Every rep signs in with their own Microsoft or Google account, plus their own Salesforce login unless admins pre-authorize them.
IntegrationsAbout 20 third-party dialers, Zoom, Meet and Teams recording, mailbox and calendar sync, and Zapier.Emails aren't logged to Salesforce. They stay inside Jiminny.
MCPA read-only connector for Claude and ChatGPT, scoped to what each user can see.Available on the Scale and Grow tiers only.
Raw dataA REST API for feeding a warehouse or BI tool.It opens with an organization-level key that only admins can generate.

How Jiminny's flat tiers, dialer minutes and MCP gating work

Jiminny charges no onboarding fee, sells no credits, and offers a 14-day trial with no card required.

Momentum comes inside Salesforce editions, with agents sold on top

Momentum is now Salesforce's capture and conversation layer. It's included in Max and announced for Core and Advanced. For a team already committing to those editions, capture is part of the seat. The agents that act on Momentum's data need Agentforce add-ons or Max, plus Flex Credits, and Momentum sells no forecast.

What Momentum gives you on AI, rollout, integrations and assistant access

Momentum runs on its own recorder or on top of someone else's. Assistants reach its data through Salesforce rather than through Momentum.

CapabilityWhat you getWhere it stops
Ask AIAsk Momentum answers about calls, accounts and deals. Account Briefs cover one account, and Deep Research spans many deals with quotes behind each finding.Ask Momentum covers individual calls only on the Business plan. Momentum doesn't document whether answers follow Salesforce permissions.

  • Volume discounts start around 30 to 40 seats. Bundle and multi-year discounts stack on top.
  • Forecasting adds roughly $10 per user per month when you expand into it, rather than a separate forecasting contract at $100 to $200 per user.
  • Agent Builder tiers only get added if the free 25 actions a month aren't enough for your scheduled agents.
  • Currency: euro and dollar pricing use the same number.

Where Weflow's pricing wins and where competitors genuinely win

Weflow wins on predictability and on what's included in the seat. Several competitors win on specific depth or openness, and you should know where.

Where Gong, Clari, Attention and others are the better buy

  • Gong has the deepest conversation analytics, the safest brand and the widest integration marketplace. It also offers methodology summaries across every call on an account, which is a view long-cycle teams rely on.
  • Clari (Salesloft) has more mature roll-ups at 1,000+ reps. It also offers a pipeline flow view and an account-level view that Weflow doesn't have.
  • Avoma works with six CRMs, publishes per-seat prices in the same range as ours, and offers a 14-day trial.
  • Attention runs the most open MCP server in the field: read-write, raw transcripts, and no consumption charge.
  • Jiminny supports HubSpot and several other CRMs, sells coaching-first flat tiers, and offers a 14-day trial.
  • Momentum is already paid for if you're moving to Salesforce's new editions.

Weflow works exclusively with Salesforce. If you run another CRM, we're not the answer.

Where Weflow's published, AI-included pricing pulls ahead

Weflow keeps the AI in the seat and meters only the one product that consumes tokens at scale. That structure is what lets your finance team approve a number that won't move with adoption. Against Gong, our position is better AI at half the price.

Adding forecastingA separate application or contractRoughly $10 more per user per month

All of it runs on one platform. Weflow Activity & Contact Capture, Weflow Conversation Intelligence and Weflow Deal Intelligence & Forecasting read the same data in your Salesforce, rather than being stitched together after an acquisition.

"Weflow ticked all the boxes: GDPR-compliant, tightly integrated with Salesforce, simple to use - and without the heavy price tag of U.S. vendors."

Bastian Stosic, Head of Media Sales Operations at HolidayCheck

What it costs to leave Gong or Clari

Switching carries two costs beyond the new contract: timing and history. You can plan for both.

How Gong's renewal grandfathering should set your switch date

Gong grandfathers existing functionality at renewal. Seats added as part of the renewal arrive at no extra cost, but every seat added after the renewal transaction is paid for across every application it needs.

Gong's own example makes the point. A company renews at 20 seats and grows to 30. If the extra ten are added at renewal, they come with both Foundation and Forecast Essentials at no cost. Add the same ten one month later, and both have to be purchased. So hiring against your renewal date changes the price of the same headcount.

Plan the timing like this:

  1. Pull your Gong renewal date and your 12-month hiring plan side by side.
  2. If you're staying, fold planned hires into the renewal count so they arrive grandfathered.
  3. If you're evaluating a switch, finish the evaluation before renewal. Seats added afterwards cost more across every application.
  4. Leave about a week for history migration, so your cutover lands ahead of the renewal date.

What migrating call recordings and forecast history costs

Your archive is often the real reason you stay with an incumbent. Weflow migrates Gong call history at no charge and keeps each call linked to its Salesforce account, so the imported calls are as queryable as the ones recorded afterwards.

What movesHow, and at what cost
Gong call historyImported with an API key at no charge, in about a week. Recordings, metadata and transcripts come across, and Salesforce account links are preserved.
Chorus, Jiminny and other recordersImported with an API key. Where the provider's API lacks the Salesforce association, we run our own lookup matching.
Clari forecast callsImported from Clari's API or a CSV. The forecast setup gets rebuilt as forecast configurations.
Opportunity historyRead from Salesforce, so the AI projection doesn't wait on the import.
Email and meeting activityBackfilled up to 24 months as standard, and up to 3 years on request.
The migration projectAvailable as a managed service, with no implementation fee. Your RevOps team answers questions and grants access.

Questions to ask vendors that don't publish a price

You can still size a hidden-price vendor. Put these questions in writing, organized by the three numbers, so the first quote is the real one.

Seat

  • What does a viewer seat cost, and does a viewer get AI chat and MCP access?
  • Do seats count per person or per application? How many seats does one manager consume?
  • Can I reduce seats mid-term, or reassign them when someone leaves?
  • Can I pay per wave in a phased rollout, or do you require the full seat count on day one?

Platform fee or prerequisite

  • Is there a mandatory core licence or a platform fee, and how does it scale with users?
  • What are the implementation and professional services fees, and who delivers them?
  • What does it cost to export our data to a warehouse or BI tool?
  • Which Salesforce add-ons (Einstein Activity Capture, Revenue Intelligence, Agentforce) do we still need alongside you?
  • How does renewal grandfathering work for seats added mid-term?

Meter

  • What meters, and what stays in the seat?
  • What's the ceiling? Can the bill exceed the plan without an explicit purchase?
  • Do MCP and API use draw on the meter? What does connecting Claude or ChatGPT cost?
  • Will future AI features cost extra during our contract? Answer in writing.
  • Do unused credits roll over, or expire at the end of the term?

Which revenue intelligence platform fits your team and budget

The right pick follows from your stack, your scale, and how much meter risk you can defend to finance.

  • Choose Weflow if you run Salesforce and want one published per-seat price covering capture, conversation intelligence and forecasting, with AI included and assistant access unmetered. It works exclusively with Salesforce, Agent Builder meters past the free tier, and the term is annual with a 10-user minimum.
  • Choose Gong if you want the deepest conversation analytics and the safest brand, and your budget can absorb a Foundation-plus-applications structure with pooled AI credits.
  • Choose Clari (Salesloft) if your core need is mature roll-up forecasting and inspection for a large sales-leadership org, and you can work with quote-only pricing and AI Themes quotas.
  • Choose Avoma if you're a smaller team that wants transparent per-seat pricing, free viewers and no credits, and a meeting-first product with a lighter CRM layer fits your needs.
  • Choose Attention if your priority is automating call follow-through and you want the most open MCP server, and you're ready to negotiate a price with no published anchor.
  • Choose Jiminny if you're a coaching-first mid-market team on HubSpot or Salesforce that wants a flat fee with no platform fee or credits.
  • Choose Momentum if you're already moving to Salesforce's new editions and capture comes bundled, and you'll buy Agentforce or Max for the agents while running forecasting elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions about revenue intelligence pricing

How much does Gong cost per user in 2026?

Gong publishes no price. Its structure is a mandatory Foundation licence priced per user, applications with their own seats on top, a platform fee that scales with users, and a company-wide AI credit pool. The only public anchor comes from Airspeed, a competitor: $1,300 to $1,600 per user per year plus a platform fee on a 15-seat minimum, or $200 to $250 per user per month.

What are Gong credits and what do they meter?

Gong credits are a company-wide pool. Each paid core seat contributes 2,000 credits a year, and the pool resets each contract year, with purchased top-ups expiring rather than rolling over. Credits are charged by data volume: one credit per call over ten minutes, half a credit for shorter calls, and a tenth per email.

Credits meter question-based AI Trackers, the MCP server and API-based AI workflows. Manual use inside the Gong interface stays in the seat.

Do Weflow's AI features cost extra on top of the seat?

No. Ask Weflow AI, AI summaries and AI field updates are included in every Weflow seat, with no usage caps inside a bundle. Ask Weflow AI runs under a fair-use policy that no customer has reached yet. Agent Builder is the only product we meter: 25 actions a month are free per workspace, and paid tiers are published at $299 and $999.

Does connecting Claude or ChatGPT cost anything extra?

With Weflow, no. Agents you build over our API or MCP connector draw on nothing. Here's how the others handle it:

  • Gong meters MCP use with credits, and requires a paid seat on both sides.
  • Salesloft requires the paid Agentic add-on.
  • Avoma requires the Organization or Enterprise plan, or the API Access add-on.
  • Jiminny offers MCP on the Scale and Grow tiers.
  • Attention governs MCP with rate limits rather than charges.

Is there an implementation fee for Weflow, Gong or Clari?

Weflow charges no implementation fee, and our team runs onboarding itself. Gong sells fixed-scope professional services packages (its Call Intelligence package gives up to 15 hours within 45 days), and routes smaller customers to partners with a separate fee. Clari's professional services are estimated at $15K to $50K.

Can I reduce seats mid-term or pay per rollout wave?

Weflow's standard contract is 12 months, and there's no contractual right to reduce seats mid-term. You can reassign a seat when someone leaves, and we've offered an early opt-out after three months as a negotiated concession.

The phased path we support is by product. Start on Weflow Revenue AI Foundation and add forecasting later for roughly $10 more per user per month. KORE Wireless rolled out Weflow in five phases, starting with activity capture and ending with forecasting.

Do I still need Einstein Activity Capture or Agentforce on top?

Einstein Activity Capture Standard is free for up to 100 users on several Salesforce editions. It keeps only six months of activity and has no Activity Metrics. The full version costs about $50 per user per month through the Sales Engagement add-on. Agentforce for Sales starts at $125 per user, and Revenue Intelligence at $220.

Weflow writes captured activity permanently into native Salesforce objects, backfills up to 24 months, and includes deal intelligence and forecasting in its own bundles.

Where do recordings live, and what does Salesforce storage cost?

Weflow keeps video out of Salesforce, because Salesforce storage is expensive and heavy. Transcripts and structured call outputs land in Salesforce. We hold video recordings and stream them back, and you can export them through our API to your own cloud storage.

For reference, Salesforce's Core edition includes 10 GB per org plus 20 MB per user. Advanced and Max include 1 GB per user.

Can I trial a revenue intelligence platform before signing?

Avoma and Jiminny offer 14-day trials, and Clari offers none. Weflow offers a 14-day free trial with guided onboarding, alongside a side-by-side demo against your current tool.

Is Weflow priced in euros or US dollars?

Both. Weflow quotes euro and dollar pricing at the same number, so a $49 bundle is €49 in euros.
