Agent Actions
Each workflow can include one or multiple agents. Per workflow run, every agent consumes actions – more for complex tasks, fewer for simple ones. Your only limit is the total monthly agent actions used across all runs.

Pricing FAQs
Weflow uses modular, per-user pricing billed annually. You can buy any of three standalone products: Activity & Contact Capture ($19/user/month), Conversation Intelligence ($39/user/month), and Deal Intelligence & Forecasting ($39/user/month); or choose one bundle that combines them at a discount: Revenue AI Foundation ($49), Revenue AI Business ($59), and Revenue AI Enterprise ($79).
Pricing is flat-rate with no platform, implementation, or usage-based fees, and all plans require a minimum of 10 users. Multi-year discounts are available (10% for 2 years, 20% for 3 years). Weflow's Agent Builder is priced separately by agent-action volume (per workspace), with 25 actions included for free in every plan.
Different teams in your organization can be on different products, so you only pay for what each group needs.
Total agent actions = Number of workflow executions × number of agents per workflow
Agent actions are the unit of usage for Weflow's Agent Builder, which is priced per workspace depending on the total number of actions you need. Each workflow can contain one or more agents, and every agent consumes agent actions each time the workflow runs; more for complex tasks, fewer for simple ones.
As a guide, a Simple Agent executing one task uses 1 action, a Research Agent (pulls from multiple sources) can use 3 or more, and a Thinking Agent (multi-step reasoning) can use 5 or more. Every Weflow plan and bundle includes the Agent Builder Free tier (25 agent actions/month). To run more, you can select a paid tier: Growth ($299/mo, 500 actions), Scale ($999/mo, 2,500 actions), or Enterprise (custom volume).
Your only limit is the total monthly actions used across all runs.
The number of agent actions you need depends on how many workflows run across your workspace, how many agents each workflow contains, and how often those workflows execute, since every agent consumes actions on each run.
To estimate, multiply your monthly workflow runs by the number of agents per workflow:
For example: 10 workflows with 1 Simple Agent each, running 20 days a month, equals → 200 agent actions per month (fits the Growth tier that includes 500 actions per month).

Weflow offers three support tiers: Standard, Premium, and Enterprise.
Every tier includes email support, live chat, self-service support, pre-recorded onboarding and trainings, and guided onboarding. Premium and Enterprise tiers add guided training sessions, and Enterprise additionally includes a dedicated CSM, a shared Slack/MS Teams channel, custom prompt engineering, and quarterly business reviews.
Your support package is included free based on total contract value (TCV): Standard for TCV under $5k, Premium for $5–20k, and Enterprise for $20k+.
You can also purchase a higher tier separately: Standard is $1k, Premium $2.5k, and Enterprise $5k. Guided onboarding and training are included with every plan at no extra cost.

Yes. Weflow offers multi-year plans that save 10% on a 2-year term and 20% on a 3-year term, compared with the standard annual rate. You do not pay for the full term upfront. Payments are still made annually, and the discount is applied to each annual payment.
If you are already on an annual plan, you can switch to a multi-year plan at any time by contacting your account manager. Multi-year discounts apply on top of any volume discounts available for larger teams.
You can add new users to your Weflow account at any time, either through the Weflow Admin Console or by contacting your account manager. Additional users are billed on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of your current term, so you only pay for the time left on the contract (there's no need to wait for renewal to expand your team). Note that all Weflow plans have a 10-user minimum.
Weflow accepts any major credit card. For annual subscriptions over $10K, Weflow can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Pricing and billing are available in USD and EUR. All plans are billed annually.
Protecting your data is Weflow's first priority. Weflow uses physical, logical, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. Weflow is SOC 2 Type II certified and compliant with GDPR (with Frankfurt/EU data residency), HIPAA (with BAAs available), and CCPA.
Security features include SSO/SAML via Okta, automated user provisioning, data encryption at rest and in transit, data deletion tools, and zero data retention for AI. Weflow conducts annual audits to maintain compliance; you can review current certifications in the Weflow Trust Center.
Weflow's Activity & Contact Capture takes about 10 minutes to set up and roll out across your users, walked through in a 30-minute onboarding call.
The technical setup for Deal Intelligence and Forecasting also takes around 30 minutes; the more important step is configuring your business logic into Weflow, which a Weflow implementation specialist guides you through.
Full guided implementation typically runs 2–4 weeks end to end depending on scope.
All three Weflow bundles are billed per user per month (annually), require a minimum of 10 users, and include Activity & Contact Capture, Conversation Intelligence, Mobile Copilot, Ask Weflow AI, and the Agent Builder Free tier.

No. Weflow has no platform or implementation fees; pricing is flat-rate per user, billed annually. Also, within each product, features like call recording, transcription, and AI summaries are unlimited, so you never pay more because your team uses Weflow more.
