Gong vs Clari Pricing (2026): Seats, Platform Fees and AI Credits Compared
See how Gong vs Clari pricing works: seats, platform fees, AI credits, and a Weflow baseline.

Neither Gong nor Clari publishes a seat price, so you only see the real invoice once you're deep in a sales cycle. That invoice is built from layers.
- Gong: a mandatory Foundation licence, a seat for every application a person touches, a platform fee that scales with users, and, since May 2026, a pooled AI credit meter.
- Clari: since the Salesloft merger, a Salesloft package with forecasting, agents and MCP as add-ons, plus professional services that buyers report at $15,000 to $50,000.
The headline seat price rarely moves your budget. The second number does: whatever lands on the invoice after you sign.
This article builds each bill line by line from reported figures, labelled as reported, and sets them against a price you can read on a public page. Weflow is the Revenue AI Orchestration platform for sales, customer success, and RevOps teams, and Weflow's Revenue AI platform publishes every seat price. That gives you a baseline to size a business case before you book a single vendor call.
Gong, Clari and Weflow pricing compared side by side
Each cell shows what you get and where the bill grows: in the seat, behind a separate application or add-on, or on a meter.
| Capability | Weflow | Gong | Clari |
|---|---|---|---|
| Recording video meetings | Zoom, Teams, Meet and Webex, inside the Conversation Intelligence seat (desktop app included) | Zoom, Meet, Teams, Webex and 7 more providers, on any plan | Zoom, Teams, Meet and Webex; Copilot access needs the Salesloft Advanced tier or higher |
| CRM field updates from conversations | Every Salesforce field type except lookups, auto or review set per field, in the seat | AI Data Extractor: max 20 published, existing fields only, overwrites old values | Salesloft Deals syncs MEDDPICC and BANT values with no rep review step |
| Forecast submissions and roll-ups | Deal-by-deal roll-up with logged overrides, in the Deal Intelligence & Forecasting seat, web app only | Rep and manager submissions, needs the Gong Forecast application | Up to eight levels, leaders see one level down, sold as the Forecasting add-on |
| Ask-anything AI chat | Ask Weflow AI across records, emails, meetings and transcripts, in every seat, no meter | Ask Anything answers from capped slices; free Collaborators get no AI | Ask Salesloft in every package; Ask Copilot capped at 15 calls |
| Prebuilt AI agents | Agent Builder with 3 templates; 25 actions a month free, then $299 or $999 tiers | 18 agents spread across 4 separately purchased packages | Deal Summary, Sales Strategist and research agents; account and coaching agents are paid add-ons |
| Integrations with other tools | Salesforce only; Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Slack and the Outreach dialer; no native warehouse connector | About 450 marketplace integrations, about 30 dialers | Salesforce, Dynamics, Snowflake, Databricks, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn through Salesloft |
| Access from AI assistants (MCP) | Official read-only connector, transcript access optional, draws no agent actions | Read-only, 3 tools, insights only, draws credits | Salesloft MCP needs the Agentic add-on, returns summaries rather than transcripts |
| Raw data access outside the tool | REST API bulk export in JSON or CSV, included | API capped at 10,000 calls a day; warehouse export needs Data Cloud (about $5,000 a year, reported) | REST and Export APIs; Snowflake and Databricks sync through Salesloft |
| Pricing | Published: $19 to $79 per seat per month; Agent Builder tiers per workspace | No published price: Foundation, plus apps, plus platform fee, plus credits | No published price: Salesloft package plus add-ons |
Every Gong and Clari figure in this article is a reported estimate from buyers and third parties, not a list price.
Why neither Gong nor Clari will give you a price
Both vendors are quote-only by design. Gong publishes the shape of its pricing model (per-user licences plus a platform fee that scales with users) but no figures. Every number comes through a proposal that starts with a team-size form.
Clari went further. clari.com/pricing now redirects to a Salesloft "Talk to Sales" booking page with no tier, seat or add-on prices on it, and there's no trial.
We hear the result on calls all the time:
We had our third call with Gong because they refused to tell us pricing until now.
This matters most in the renewal window, because that's the one month a year you have leverage. If you can't build a business case before the renewal date, you renew by default.
Buyers have adapted. The pricing page now gets screened at shortlist, not at the end, and a vendor that's vague about what's included gets marked down on total cost before anyone looks at the product.
Weflow: the published price to benchmark Gong and Clari
Weflow is the one bill in this comparison you can read before a sales call, so we start there. Built for Salesforce teams, it covers capture, conversation intelligence and forecasting on one seat-priced platform.
What every Weflow seat includes, from recording to MCP
Recording, AI field updates, forecast roll-ups, Ask Weflow AI, MCP access and API export all sit inside the seat. Here's what each capability covers and where it stops.
| Capability | What's included, and its limit |
|---|---|
| Recording video meetings | Weflow Conversation Intelligence auto-schedules the notetaker onto every external meeting on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex. Zoom needs local recording enabled by the admin, the bot must be admitted from the lobby, and Webex is switched on per workspace. The desktop app records without a bot and comes with the seat. |
| CRM field updates from conversations | AI field updates write to every Salesforce field type except relationship lookups, including picklists, dates and MEDDIC fields. You set each field to write automatically or wait for review. Custom objects need setup by Weflow support. |
| Forecast submissions and roll-ups | Weflow Deal Intelligence & Forecasting: reps submit a baseline and best case tied to named deals, calls roll up the hierarchy, and manager overrides are logged with rationale. Submissions happen in the web app only and aren't written to Salesforce fields. |
| Ask-anything AI chat | Ask Weflow AI answers across Salesforce records, captured emails, meetings and transcripts, scoped to a call, deal, board, account or the whole system. It inherits Salesforce permissions. It doesn't reach other knowledge systems, and one query is capped at one million tokens. |
| Prebuilt AI agents | Agent Builder ships three starting templates: pipeline snapshot, meeting recap bundle and deal risk PDF. It's our newest product and less mature than the rest of the platform. |
| Integrations with other tools | Salesforce (the only CRM we support), Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Teams, Meet, Slack and the Outreach dialer via Weflow Activity & Contact Capture and Conversation Intelligence. There's no native Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery connector. |
| Access from AI assistants (MCP) | An official read-only MCP connector gives Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants playbooks, call summaries, transcripts, forecast calls and pipeline metrics. An admin switches it on per workspace, with a separate transcript toggle. Per-rep breakdowns cap at 25 owners. |
| Raw data access outside the tool | The REST API bulk-exports transcripts, metadata, scores and signals as JSON or CSV into warehouses and BI tools such as Tableau and Looker. Recordings export to your own cloud storage. |
Agent Builder runs schedule-triggered and record-triggered agents you assign by team.
What Weflow charges per seat, and the one meter
Everything is priced per seat except Agent Builder, which has visible per-workspace tiers. That's the whole answer to the second-number question.
| Product or bundle | What it covers | Price per user per month |
|---|---|---|
| Weflow Activity & Contact Capture | Emails, meetings and contacts synced to Salesforce | $19 |
| Weflow Conversation Intelligence | Recording, transcripts, summaries, AI field updates, Mobile Copilot, desktop app | $39 |
| Weflow Deal Intelligence & Forecasting | Pipeline, deal signals, roll-up forecasting | $39 |
| Weflow Revenue AI Foundation | Activity & Contact Capture + Conversation Intelligence | $49 |
| Weflow Revenue AI Business | Foundation + Deal Intelligence | $59 |
| Weflow Revenue AI Enterprise | All products, including Forecasting | $79 |
Every plan includes Ask Weflow AI Pro and the free Agent Builder tier. A few other things sit outside any meter:
- Recordings, transcripts, AI summaries, AI field updates and templates carry no usage caps.
- Ask Weflow AI runs under a fair-use policy that no customer has reached.
- Agents you build on our API or MCP connector draw no agent actions.
- Viewer seats are free and can be reallocated quarterly.
- There's no platform fee and no implementation fee.
| Agent Builder tier | Actions per month | Price per workspace per month |
|---|---|---|
| Free (in every plan) | 25 | $0 |
| Growth | 500 | $299 |
| Scale | 2,500 | $999 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom |
An action's cost follows what the agent does. A simple lookup counts as one action, a research agent about three, and an agent reasoning across transcripts and activity about five. Meeting prep, summaries, field updates and coaching scorecards never draw on the allowance.
Billing is annual with a 10-user minimum. The full terms are in the FAQ.
Gong: how Foundation, seats, platform fee and credits stack
On Gong, one person's cost is the Foundation licence plus every application they touch, plus a share of the platform fee and the credit pool.
What Gong includes, and which application each capability needs
Gong's depth is real. Much of it sits behind applications you buy on top of Foundation, and nothing can be bought without Foundation.
| Capability | What's included, and what it requires |
|---|---|
| Recording video meetings | Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex and seven other providers, on any plan. The bot works on every platform; botless recording is Zoom-only. |
| CRM field updates from conversations | AI Data Extractor: up to 20 published extractors, created only by a business admin, writing only into CRM fields that already exist. It overwrites the previous value when it finds newer information. |
| Forecast submissions and roll-ups | Reps submit per forecast category and managers see team totals. Needs Gong Forecast; deal boards need Forecast Essentials or Gong Forecast. |
| Ask-anything AI chat | AI Ask Anything answers from capped slices, such as 60 calls and 500 emails per deal. Gong Assistant adds ongoing chat on the call page only. Free Collaborators get neither. |
| Prebuilt AI agents | Eighteen agents in Agent Studio, spread across four packages: three on any plan, six on Foundation, and the rest behind Enable, Forecast or Engage. Several are existing features renamed as agents. |
| Integrations with other tools | About 450 integrations and partner solutions in the Gong Collective, and call imports from about thirty dialers. |
| Access from AI assistants (MCP) | Three record-scoped tools, AI insights only, read-only. Needs a paid Gong seat plus a paid AI tool, and draws credits. |
| Raw data access outside the tool | The API returns transcripts and scorecards at 3 calls a second and 10,000 a day. Warehouse delivery needs Data Cloud, a separate purchase. |
Gong's own Agent Studio screen shows the fixed catalogue, grouped by the package each agent belongs to.
What a Gong bill contains, line by line
Here's the invoice you should expect, with the figures buyers and third parties report.
| Line item | How it's charged | Reported figure |
|---|---|---|
| Gong Foundation (mandatory) | Per seat per year | About $1,600 per seat per year (reported) |
| Enable Essentials, Forecast Essentials | Per seat, per application | About $300 per seat per year each (reported) |
| Gong Engage, Gong Forecast | Per seat, per application | About $800 per seat per year each (reported) |
| Platform fee | Annual, scales with users | About $5,000 a year or more (reported) |
| Onboarding | One-time fee | Charged; no reliable figure in circulation |
| Data Cloud | Annual application | About $5,000 a year (reported) |
| Credit top-ups | Bought on top of the pool | Not published; expire at the end of the term |
| All-in, per user | Buyer-reported totals | $120 to $200 per user per month plus the platform fee (estimate) |
Two traps catch growing teams:
- Timing of headcount. Seats added at renewal get matched at no extra cost. Seats added one month later are paid for across every application they need, so the same ten hires cost more depending on the calendar.
- Free seats aren't AI seats. Collaborators are free but get no Ask Anything and no MCP access.
Reports also say a dedicated customer success manager comes only with contracts above $45,000 a year, and two- to three-year terms are common.
Keep one thing in mind when you read these numbers. Gong publishes no prices, and three plan generations run in parallel: the pre-2022 plans, the 2022 to 2025 plans, and today's Foundation-plus-applications model introduced in March 2025. What a peer pays depends on when they last signed.
How Gong AI credits drain a company-wide pool
Each paid core seat adds 2,000 credits a year to a pool shared across the whole company. The pool resets each contract year, and purchased top-ups expire at the end of the term.
The meter runs on data volume, not on the question you ask:
- A call longer than ten minutes costs one credit.
- A call of ten minutes or less costs half a credit.
- Each email costs a tenth of a credit.
| Surface | Draws credits? | What drives it |
|---|---|---|
| Question-based AI trackers | Yes | Every call and email the tracker processes |
| Gong MCP server | Yes | Every request from an external assistant |
| API-based AI workflows | Yes | Every automated run |
| Calls, analysis, deal intelligence, forecasting, coaching | No | Included in the seat |
| Agent Studio agents run by a person | No | Included, however often it's run by hand |
| Viewing data already processed | No | Only new processing draws credits |
The same brief is free when you generate it in the Gong interface and metered when you pull it through the API or MCP. So your cost rises exactly as you wire Gong into the rest of your stack.
Gong's own rationale is fair to state: credits let it avoid a seat price rise for customers who don't use the automated paths. Its main control lever is tracker scope. Gong recommends unpublishing trackers that no longer add value and filtering the rest by team, user, account type or deal stage.
Clari: what a Salesloft quote covers after the merger
Clari and Salesloft merged in December 2025 and have sold under the single Salesloft brand since 1 September 2026. Clari Forecast continues as a product line, but buying or renewing any former Clari product is now a contract with Salesloft.
What Clari includes across Forecast, Copilot and Salesloft
Roll-up forecasting is the strongest part of the suite. Conversation intelligence and capture are the weaker parts, and the products came together by acquisition rather than being built on one data layer.
| Capability | What's included, and where it lives |
|---|---|
| Recording video meetings | Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex. Salesloft Conversations skips recordings under two minutes and all-public-domain meetings by default. The Copilot Zoom bot records only while the organiser is present. Copilot needs Advanced or higher. |
| CRM field updates from conversations | Salesloft Deals fills MEDDPICC and BANT fields from transcripts through its automatic CRM sync, with no step for a rep to review values first. |
| Forecast submissions and roll-ups | Clari Forecast rolls submissions up to eight levels, managers can submit on behalf of reps, and history exports to CSV. Leaders see only the level directly below them, and the forecast is tied to the Salesforce hierarchy. |
| Ask-anything AI chat | Ask Salesloft, in every package, answers from records the user may see. Ask Copilot is limited to 15 hand-picked calls recorded since 1 January 2026. |
| Prebuilt AI agents | Deal Summary, Sales Strategist coaching (weekly batch), Buyer Identification, Account Research and Person Research. The account and coaching agents are paid add-ons. |
| Integrations with other tools | Salesloft's Unified Revenue Data Layer syncs Salesforce, Dynamics, Snowflake, Databricks, Gmail, DocuSign, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn. |
| Access from AI assistants (MCP) | The Salesloft MCP server is read-only, in beta, needs the Agentic add-on, and returns call summaries rather than transcripts. The Copilot MCP server reaches call data only; a separate Clari Forecast MCP server exposes forecast data. |
| Raw data access outside the tool | REST and Export APIs plus a Copilot API, forecast history as CSV, and Snowflake and Databricks sync through Salesloft. |
What a Clari quote contains: packages, add-ons, services
You buy a Salesloft Advanced or Elite package, then add Forecasting, agents and the Dialer on top. There's no trial, and reported per-seat pricing falls as volume rises, which weighs hardest on small teams.
| Line item | What it covers | Reported figure |
|---|---|---|
| Salesloft Advanced | Rhythm, Conversations, Deals, Cadence, Coaching, Sales Email, Ask Salesloft, CRM sync, analytics; Copilot access | Not published |
| Salesloft Elite | Advanced plus multi-team, sandboxes and CRM signals for custom objects | Not published |
| Forecasting add-on | Clari Forecast roll-up and submission | Not published |
| Account Agent add-on | Buyer Identification, Account Research, Person Research; includes MCP | Not published |
| Coaching Agent add-on | Sales Strategist; includes MCP | Not published |
| Dialer add-on | Unlimited calling modules by region, local numbers, free recordings | Partly published (local numbers $1 per number per month) |
| Professional services | Implementation | $15,000 to $50,000 (reported) |
| All-in, per user | Buyer-reported totals | $120 to $180 per user per month (estimate); about $46,000 for 26 seats (low confidence) |
Salesloft publishes some Dialer prices but no seat prices.
Where each vendor meters AI on top of the seat
When you test the second number, look for three things: a visible meter, a hard tier boundary, and a clear list of what stays in the seat. The three vendors answer differently.
- Gong meters in pooled credits (mechanics in the Gong credits section above).
- Clari doesn't sell credits. It caps Copilot AI Themes with a monthly quota of analyses and sells agents and MCP as paid add-ons.
- Weflow meters only Agent Builder, in visible per-workspace tiers.
| Test | Weflow | Gong | Clari |
|---|---|---|---|
| What's metered | Agent Builder actions run inside Weflow | Question-based trackers, MCP server, API AI workflows | Copilot AI Themes analyses; agents and MCP as paid add-ons |
| Unit of the meter | Actions (about 1, 3 or 5 depending on the agent) | Credits by data volume (1, 0.5 or 0.1 per item) | One analysis per run, whatever the call count |
| Visible before you run it? | Yes: tier allowance published, action cost follows the agent type | No: cost depends on how much data the question sweeps | Yes: remaining allowance shown before a run |
| Hard boundary or top-up? | Hard tiers at 25, 500 or 2,500 actions a month | Pooled yearly allowance; top-ups expire at term end | Monthly quota of analyses |
| What stays in the seat | Recordings, transcripts, summaries, field updates, Ask Weflow AI, API and MCP | Calls, analysis, deal intelligence, forecasting, coaching, agents run by hand | Ask Salesloft, summaries and recording in the package |
Clari's AI Themes screen shows its quota counter right on the page, next to a fixed set of preset questions.
Metering everyday workflows leads to rationing. Once summaries or trackers draw on a balance, someone has to own the risk of an overrun, so access shrinks to a few trusted users and the tool never gets the adoption that would prove its value. One buyer put it plainly:
And then I can't have explosive token usage. [...] Because we can't afford to say, oh, it cost 200 grand, I spent 400 grand.
We throttle one thing ourselves. AI Playbook generation runs when someone triggers it, because each evaluation consumes tokens. We carry that cost, so it never reaches your invoice, but the board is only as current as the last regenerate.
What a 62-seat team pays on Weflow, Gong and Clari
At 62 seats, Weflow lands between roughly $36,000 and $58,000 a year at list. Gong and Clari, built from reported figures, land at two to three times that. Running both stacks two contracts.
| Scenario | Per-seat basis | Fees | Annual total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weflow Revenue AI Foundation, all 62 seats | $49 per month | None | About $36,000 |
| Weflow mixed: most reps on Revenue AI Business, a handful of managers on Revenue AI Enterprise | $59 and $79 per month | None | About $45,000 |
| Weflow Revenue AI Enterprise, all 62 seats | $79 per month | None | About $58,000 |
| Gong Foundation only (estimate from reported figures) | About $1,600 per year | About $5,000 platform fee | About $104,000 |
| Gong Foundation + Gong Forecast (estimate from reported figures) | About $2,400 per year | About $5,000 platform fee | About $154,000 |
| Clari under Salesloft (estimate from reported figures) | $120 to $180 per month | $15,000 to $50,000 services in year one | About $89,000 to $134,000, plus services |
| Gong Foundation + Clari together (estimate from reported figures) | Both contracts | Platform fee plus services | About $193,000 to $238,000, plus services |
The arithmetic: seats × monthly price × 12, plus reported fees. Gong's rows use about $1,600 for Foundation and about $800 for Gong Forecast per seat per year. Clari's row uses the reported $120 to $180 per user per month. Onboarding, Data Cloud and credit top-ups are left out.
Two things move the Weflow number further:
- Viewer seats cost nothing, so people who only read dashboards come off the paid count.
- Volume discounts start around 30 to 40 seats.
Build your list by role before you size anything. Seat counts balloon fast once the list gets written down:
You know, jumping from 150 to over 200 is a big uplift Right. It's a big uplift. I don't think everyone was aware it was going to be that.
Where Gong and Clari are worth paying more for
A higher price can clear the value bar for specific teams. Here's where it does, and where we fall short.
Gong leads on call analytics, deal boards and integrations
Gong invented the category and still has the deepest conversation analytics. Its ecosystem of about 450 integrations is broader than ours, and customers change their own infrastructure to fit it.
The deal board is what keeps reps and managers loyal. Many teams run their forecast from it without ever buying Gong Forecast.
The reason why I stuck with Gong was like the bubbles. You sort of get like addicted to the bubbles.
Chris Nethercote, Head of Sales at Weflow, former Gong enterprise customer
Gong is also the safe purchase. Nobody expects to get blamed for picking it, and that has real value when you're defending a choice.
Clari leads on enterprise roll-ups and the inspect view
Clari's roll-ups at 1,000+ reps are more mature than ours. It also has an account-level view and a pipeline flow view that we don't offer.
The inspect view, with Quick Submit updating every month and week of a quarter in one action, is the UX benchmark buyers bring to any replacement. If your leaders live in it weekly, weigh that honestly.
Where Weflow falls short today
- Weflow works only with Salesforce. There's no HubSpot, Dynamics or Pipedrive support.
- Agent Builder is our newest product and the one metered piece of the platform.
- There's no account-level view that rolls renewal and account work up by customer, and no pipeline flow view.
- Forecast submissions happen in the web app only and aren't written to Salesforce fields.
- Terms run 12 months minimum, with no mid-term seat reduction.
Where Weflow pulls ahead: your data, then your price
You get more of the value into a system you own, at a price you can defend to a CFO.
Weflow keeps your call data in your own Salesforce
Weflow writes captured activity, transcripts, summaries and structured AI field updates into Salesforce, where your reports, flows and your own AI can use them. Gong keeps calls in its own cloud and sends summaries rather than raw transcript text.
| Question | Weflow | Gong and Clari |
|---|---|---|
| Where call outcomes land | Native Salesforce objects and fields you own; video files export to your own storage | Gong: its own cloud. Clari: separate applications under one brand |
| Transcript text | On the recording object in Salesforce, plus API and MCP | Gong sends summaries to Salesforce; both MCP servers return summaries or insights, not transcripts |
| Warehouse export | Through the included API | Gong: Data Cloud, about $5,000 a year (reported) |
| Do capture, CI and forecasting share data? | Yes: one platform built in-house reading the same data | Clari's acquired products don't share a data model; Gong plus Clari means two contracts and two datasets |
That last row is where the cost hides. When conversation intelligence and forecasting come from different stacks, someone on your team ends up rebuilding the join in a BI tool.
Why Weflow costs half of Gong without a thinner product
The gap comes from when the product was built. Gong set its prices when transcription was expensive, and its pricing is now held up by growth expectations against its valuation.
Transcription and inference costs have since collapsed. We built Weflow after that cost curve fell, with a focused team, so the same capability carries a lower cost base. That's why we can put AI in the seat instead of on a meter.
Teams that ran the evaluation came to the same conclusion. KORE Wireless evaluated Gong and chose Weflow:
the value didn't justify its price compared to Weflow
HolidayCheck, whose sales operations lead had used Gong before, put it this way:
Weflow ticked all the boxes: GDPR-compliant, tightly integrated with Salesforce, simple to use - and without the heavy price tag of U.S. vendors.
Bastian Stosic, Head of Media Sales Operations, HolidayCheck
What moving off Gong or Clari costs you
The move costs you no migration fee and no implementation fee. Your Gong archive and your Clari forecast history come with you.
| What you need to know | From Gong | From Clari |
|---|---|---|
| What moves | Recordings, metadata and transcripts, re-linked to Salesforce accounts, opportunities and contacts | Submitted forecast calls; opportunity history comes straight from Salesforce |
| How | You share an API key and we run the import. If the Salesforce link isn't in Gong's API, our lookup service matches records | Clari's API or a CSV; the forecast setup is rebuilt as Weflow forecast configurations |
| Time | About a week | AI projection starts without waiting on the import |
| Cost | No charge | No charge |
On the Weflow side, technical setup takes 30 to 45 minutes with your Salesforce and Google or Microsoft admins. Full time to value runs one to three weeks, mostly spent on templates, forecast types and pipeline views. We also backfill up to 24 months of activity, and existing tracker sets carry over so keyword reporting doesn't restart from zero.
Choose Weflow, Gong or Clari if this sounds like you
Choose Weflow if:
- You run on Salesforce and want capture, conversation intelligence and forecasting on one published, seat-priced bill.
- You want AI in the seat, with the only meter confined to Agent Builder in visible tiers.
- You want call outcomes written into Salesforce fields your own reports and agents can read.
- You need a number you can put in front of your CFO before the renewal date.
Choose Gong if:
- You want the deepest call analytics and the deal board your managers already live in.
- You depend on a wide integration ecosystem across dialers, enablement and BI.
- You can fund Foundation, per-application seats, the platform fee and a credit pool that grows with automation.
Choose Clari if:
- You're a forecasting-led org at enterprise scale and your leaders value the inspect view and multi-level roll-up.
- You already run, or want, the Salesloft engagement stack.
- You need an account-level view or a pipeline flow view today.
- Your PE sponsor has standardised Clari across the portfolio. Stay and coexist, and land capture and conversation data next to it.

Gong, Clari and Weflow pricing questions RevOps teams ask
How far do 2,000 Gong credits per seat actually go?
Gong pools 2,000 credits per paid core seat per year, so a 62-seat team shares 124,000 credits company-wide. How fast they drain depends on how many calls and emails your question-based trackers, MCP requests and API workflows process: one credit per call over ten minutes, half a credit for shorter calls, a tenth per email. Tracker scope is the biggest lever you control.
What happens when the Gong credit pool runs out mid-year?
Gong doesn't add credits or raise charges unless you choose to buy more. Purchased top-ups expire at the end of the contract term and don't roll over, so unused spend is lost rather than banked.
Does my Gong contract vintage change what I pay?
Yes, it sets which plan model you're on. Three generations run in parallel: pre-2022 plans (Coaching, Professional, Enterprise), 2022 to 2025 plans (Gong Core Professional, Gong Forecast, Gong Engage), and the current Foundation-plus-applications model from March 2025. A company that hasn't renewed since March 2025 stays on its earlier model, and even encryption settings differ between generations.
Is Clari Copilot included in a Salesloft Advanced or Elite package?
Copilot requires a Salesloft licence at Advanced tier or higher, and it's replacing Salesloft Conversations as the conversation layer inside Salesloft. Forecasting, the Account Agent, the Coaching Agent and the Dialer are separate add-ons on either package, and MCP comes with the agent add-ons.
Do Gong, Clari or Weflow charge implementation fees?
Gong charges a one-time onboarding fee, and buyers report Clari professional services at $15,000 to $50,000. Weflow charges no implementation fee and no platform fee. Technical setup takes 30 to 45 minutes, and teams reach full time to value in one to three weeks.
Can managers and executives get access without a paid seat?
On Weflow, yes. Viewer and analytics seats are free, and you can reallocate seats between types each quarter as your team changes. On Gong, free Collaborator seats get limited access and no AI: no Ask Anything and no MCP connection.
Can we phase the rollout instead of buying every seat on day one?
Yes, by product. Many teams start on Weflow Revenue AI Foundation and move to Revenue AI Business for $10 more per user per month, then add forecasting. KORE Wireless rolled out in five phases: Activity Capture, Conversation Intelligence, Coaching, Deal Intelligence, then Forecasting. Seats within a product are committed for the 12-month term.
What contract terms does Weflow require?
Weflow requires a 10-user minimum and a 12-month term, billed annually, with no mid-term seat reduction. You can reassign seats when someone leaves. Three discount layers apply: bundle, volume (from around 30 to 40 seats) and multi-year (10% for two years, 20% for three). We quote the same number in EUR and USD.
How do I defend leaving Gong to reps who like it?
Give reps peer proof, not a feature list. KORE Wireless rolled Weflow out across Europe, the Americas, Brazil and APAC with no resistance, and beta users asked for it back within days when it was removed for two weeks. Then replace the daily view: the deal board is what reps miss, so show them where deal momentum and risk live in Weflow before you switch.
What if our PE sponsor has standardised on Clari?
Coexist rather than fight a battle that was decided outside your company. Weflow's capture and conversation intelligence write clean activity and call data into Salesforce, which Clari then reads, so your forecast gets better data straight away. You own the data layer, and you can revisit the forecasting tool when the political window opens.
