What's included in Weflow's base pricing?
Weflow offers three standalone products, billed annually:
Activity Capture at $19/user/month
Conversation Intelligence at $39/user/month
Deal Intelligence & Forecasting at $39/user/month.
You can also bundle them: the Revenue AI Foundation (Activity & Conversation Intelligence bundle) at $49/user/month (a 16% discount, saving $9/user/month versus buying the two products separately at $58), or the full Revenue AI Enterprise bundle at $79/user/month (a 19% discount, saving $18/user/month versus $97 for all three products separately). All plans require a minimum of 10 users.
Every plan uses flat-rate pricing with no usage-based fees, no platform fees, and no implementation charges. Transcription, recordings, AI summaries, and all other features within your plan are unlimited. You never pay more because your team uses the product more.
Regardless of which product you choose, every plan includes:
Ask AI and Agent Builder
Guided onboarding and training at no extra cost
Standard technical support via support portal, knowledge base, and web case submission, with Monday to Friday coverage across multiple regions
Security and compliance: SOC 2 Type II, GDPR with Frankfurt data residency, HIPAA with BAAs, CCPA, SSO/SAML with Okta, zero AI data retention, and data encryption at rest and in transit
Admin Console with user management, role-based controls, team presets, and configurable alerts
Unlimited view-only licenses (included with Conversation Intelligence)
Final pricing is quote-based, with volume discounts available for larger teams and multi-year commitments. Pricing is available in both USD and EUR. Weflow also offers a 14-day free trial if you want to test the full platform before committing.
What is Weflow's pricing model for mid-market companies with 50-200 sales reps?
Weflow uses flat-rate, per-user pricing billed annually. There are no platform fees and no implementation fees. Transcription, recording, AI summaries, and all features within a product are unlimited, so you never pay more for higher usage. The one exception is Agent Builder, which includes 25 free agent actions per month per workspace. Running more than 25 actions per month requires a paid Agent Builder tier, a single flat monthly fee per workspace regardless of seat count.
You can buy three products individually or as bundles:
Activity Capture: $19/user/month
Conversation Intelligence: $39/user/month
Deal Intelligence & Forecasting: $39/user/month
Revenue AI Foundation bundle (Activity Capture, Conversation Intelligence, Mobile Copilot, and Ask Weflow AI Pro): $49/user/month, saving $9/user/month vs. buying Activity Capture and Conversation Intelligence separately
Revenue AI Business bundle (adds Deal Intelligence to Foundation): $59/user/month
Revenue AI Enterprise bundle (all three products plus Mobile Copilot and Ask Weflow AI Pro): $79/user/month, saving $18/user/month vs. buying all three products standalone
For a 50-rep team on the full Revenue AI Enterprise bundle, that's $47,400/year at list price. For 100 reps, it's $94,800/year. Bundles require a minimum of 10 users. Volume discounts are available for larger teams, and final pricing is quote-based, factoring in deal size, commitment length, and product combination.
Different teams within your org can be on different bundles. Many RevOps leaders start with Activity Capture at $19/user/month to fix Salesforce data quality first, then add Conversation Intelligence or Deal Intelligence & Forecasting later. Customers can upgrade from standalone products into bundles as they grow.
Guided onboarding and training are included at no extra cost. Full platform deployment typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, with the technical implementation itself taking about an hour. You can start with a 14-day free trial of the full platform, or request a quote for your specific team size.
Does Weflow price per user or per workspace?
Weflow prices most products and bundles per user, not per workspace. Every core product and bundle is a flat rate per user per month, billed annually. There are no platform fees, no implementation fees, and no hidden charges. The one exception is Agent Builder, which is priced per account (workspace) on a usage basis, not per user.
Current Weflow prices for core products are:
Activity & Contact Capture: $19/user/month
Conversation Intelligence: $39/user/month
Deal Intelligence & Forecasting: $39/user/month
Platform bundles:
Revenue AI Foundation (Activity & Conversation Intelligence): $49/user/month
Revenue AI Business: $59/user/month
Revenue AI Enterprise (full platform): $79/user/month
Bundles require a minimum of 10 users. Different teams within your organization can be on different products or bundles, so you only pay for the capabilities each group needs. Features like transcription, recording, and AI summaries are unlimited within each product. For seat-based products and bundles, AI usage is bundled into the per-user price, so heavier usage does not increase your bill.
Agent Builder works differently. Every account gets a free monthly allowance of 25 agent actions, regardless of seat count. If your team needs more, you select a paid Agent Builder tier: Growth at $299/month or Scale at $999/month per account (not per user). So Agent Builder is the one part of Weflow pricing where running more actions does increase cost.
What's the minimum seat count required to purchase Weflow?
The minimum seat count for Weflow products and bundles is 10 users. This applies to all three platform bundles: Revenue AI Foundation, Revenue AI Business, and Revenue AI Enterprise. At 10 users on the full Revenue AI Enterprise bundle, your annual cost starts at $9,480 per year, billed annually with no platform fees, no implementation fees, and no hidden charges.
Standalone core products (Activity & Contact Capture at $19/user/mo, Conversation Intelligence at $39/user/mo, and Deal Intelligence & Forecasting at $39/user/mo) are priced per user. If your team is evaluating which starting point makes sense, reach out to Weflow directly to discuss the right configuration for your org.
You can deploy products modularly across your org. For example, you could run Conversation Intelligence for a subset of your team while deploying Activity Capture across a broader user base. Not every seat needs the same product tier, which gives RevOps leaders flexibility to phase the rollout by use case or team.
All pricing is quote-based, with volume discounts available for larger teams and multi-year commitments. You can start with a 14-day free trial of the full platform before committing.
What's the cost difference between Weflow activity capture and full platform?
Weflow's Activity Capture starts at $19/user/month. The full Revenue AI Enterprise bundle costs $79/user/month. Both are billed annually with no platform fees and no implementation fees. The core products and bundles are priced per seat; the only usage-based component is Agent Builder, which is charged per account above its free 25-action monthly allowance.
The $60/user/month difference reflects what the full platform adds on top of activity capture: call recording, transcription, AI summaries, AI field updates, AI coaching, pipeline management, deal insights, pipeline analytics, sales forecasting, and quota management. Ask Weflow AI Pro is included on every plan, including standalone Activity Capture, so it is not part of what you gain by upgrading.
Here's what the annual cost looks like at different team sizes:
10 users: Activity Capture at $2,280/year vs. full platform at $9,480/year
25 users: Activity Capture at $5,700/year vs. full platform at $23,700/year
50 users: Activity Capture at $11,400/year vs. full platform at $47,400/year
100 users: Activity Capture at $22,800/year vs. full platform at $94,800/year
There's also a middle option. The Revenue AI Foundation bundle, which combines Activity Capture and Conversation Intelligence, runs $49/user/month, saving $9/user/month compared to buying those two products separately, a 16% discount. The full Revenue AI Enterprise bundle saves $18/user/month versus buying all three products individually, a 19% discount. Unlimited view-only licenses are available with Conversation Intelligence, included in all bundles, for stakeholders who need visibility without a paid seat.
Many RevOps teams start with Activity Capture to fix Salesforce data quality first, then upgrade into a bundle as forecasting or conversation intelligence needs grow. Weflow supports a phased rollout, so you can start with one product and add the next when you're ready. Published per-user list prices apply across all plans, with volume discounts available for larger teams. The minimum is 10 users per bundle.
How does Weflow pricing compare to Gong?
For a 50-person revenue team, Weflow's full Revenue AI Enterprise bundle costs $47,400/year ($79/user/month). A comparable Gong deployment for the same team size runs roughly $95,000/year at mid-range pricing, and higher once add-on modules are factored in. That's roughly 50% less for coverage across activity capture, conversation intelligence, AI forecasting, pipeline analytics, and deal management.
Gong's pricing has three components: a $5,000 base platform fee, per-user licensing at $120 to $200/user/month, and a one-time onboarding fee. Add-on modules push fully loaded Gong deployments to roughly $250/user/month as the default for sales-led bundled quotes. Weflow charges no platform fees and no implementation fees. Core products and bundles are flat-rate per seat, so the cost is predictable from day one. The one exception: Agent Builder usage above the free monthly allowance (25 agent actions/month per account) is priced separately as a flat account-level fee, not per user.
Weflow pricing is seat-based, not usage-based. Every bundle also includes:
Unlimited recordings
Unlimited transcripts
Unlimited AI processing
Free view-only licenses
Guided onboarding at no extra cost
The savings hold across team sizes. At 10 users, Weflow costs $9,480/year versus roughly $23,000 for Gong (approximately 59% less). At 100 users, $94,800 versus roughly $185,000 (approximately 49% less). These figures use Weflow Revenue AI Enterprise at $79/user/month and Gong at the mid-range $150/user/month plus the $5,000 platform fee.
The minimum is 10 users, and volume discounts are available for larger teams with quote-based pricing.
One note: Gong does not publish pricing publicly. The figures above are based on market-reported data and competitive research. Verify current Gong pricing directly with their sales team. You can start a 14-day free trial of Weflow's full platform to compare for yourself.

How does Weflow's pricing compare to Gong for teams that need activity capture?
Gong doesn't sell activity capture as a standalone product. To get it, you buy the full Foundation platform at $120–$200/user/month (roughly $1,440–$2,400/user/year), plus a $5,000 base platform fee, plus a one-time onboarding fee. A 50-user team typically pays around $95,000/year at mid-range pricing.
Weflow Activity Capture is $19/user/month, billed annually, with no platform fees and no implementation fees. That same 50-user team pays $11,400/year. Weflow publishes list prices and lets you buy only what you need.
Gong commonly requires multi-year contracts (2–3 years); Weflow bills annually with volume discounts available
Gong doesn't offer monthly billing or short-term trials; Weflow offers a 14-day free trial of the full platform
Gong stores activity data in its proprietary Revenue Graph; Weflow writes to standard Salesforce Task and Event records permanently
Unlike Gong, Weflow keeps your activity data in Salesforce. If you cancel a Gong subscription, you lose access to recordings and insights stored in the Revenue Graph. With Weflow, every captured email and meeting stays in Salesforce as a native record, reportable and available to Flows, with no lock-in.
If you need conversation intelligence and forecasting alongside activity capture, Weflow's full Revenue AI Enterprise tier at $79/user/month ($47,400/year for 50 users) is roughly 50% less than a comparable Gong deployment.

How does Weflow's pricing compare to other revenue intelligence platforms?
Weflow's full Revenue AI Enterprise bundle costs $79/user/month (billed annually), with no platform fees, no implementation fees, and no usage-based transcription charges. For a 50-person team, that's $47,400/year.
Compared to Gong, Weflow comes in at roughly 50% less. Gong typically runs $120–200/user/month plus a $5,000 base platform fee and a one-time onboarding fee, sold on 2–3 year contracts. At a mid-range of $150/user/month, a 50-user Gong deployment runs around $95,000/year before onboarding costs, putting Weflow at roughly half that figure for a comparable deployment that includes forecasting.
Compared to Clari, Weflow requires no professional services engagement and deploys in 1–4 weeks. Clari runs $120–180/user/month with $15,000–$50,000 in professional services and 8–16 weeks of implementation. At mid-range pricing with professional services included, a 50-user Clari year-one cost runs around $120,000, compared to $47,400 for Weflow.
If you don't need the full platform, Weflow offers modular entry points:
Activity & Contact Capture: $19/user/month
Conversation Intelligence: $39/user/month
Deal Intelligence & Forecasting: $39/user/month
Revenue AI Foundation bundle (Activity Capture + Conversation Intelligence): $49/user/month, saving $9/user/month versus buying both standalone
All products and bundles are flat-rate per user with unlimited recordings and transcripts. Agent Builder, which powers scheduled AI workflows and agents, uses separate usage-based pricing at the account level: 25 agent actions/month are included free with every plan, with paid tiers starting at $299/month per account for 500 actions. There is a 10-user minimum per bundle, and all plans are billed annually.
Is Weflow priced for companies under 200 employees?
A company under 200 employees that runs Salesforce with 100+ users can benefit from using Weflow compared to other solutions on the market.
The minimum seat count is 10 users per bundle. Pricing starts at $19/user/month (billed annually) for Activity & Contact Capture, which puts a 10-user team at $2,280/year. For the full Revenue AI Enterprise bundle, a 10-user team runs $9,480/year at list price, and a 25-user team runs $23,700/year.
There are no platform fees, no implementation fees, and no hidden charges. Products and bundles are seat-based, so call volume does not change your bill. The one exception is Agent Builder, which is priced per account based on agent actions rather than per user. Every plan includes 25 free agent actions per month at the account level, with paid tiers available if you need more.
Weflow uses modular packaging, so you can buy only what you need. Many teams start with Activity & Contact Capture to fix Salesforce data quality, then add Conversation Intelligence or Deal Intelligence and Forecasting as they scale. Different teams within your org can be on different bundles.
One thing to note: the 10-user minimum applies per bundle. If your Salesforce user count is under 10, that minimum may not be the right fit. For teams of 10 or more Salesforce users, the math works well. You can test the full platform with a 14-day free trial before committing.
Is Weflow more affordable than alternatives for mid-market?
Yes, Weflow is significantly more affordable than the main alternatives for mid-market revenue teams. For a 50-person team on the full Revenue AI Enterprise bundle, Weflow costs $47,400/year at $79/user/month billed annually. A comparable Gong deployment for the same team runs roughly $95,000/year (at the mid-range $150/user/month plus the $5,000 base platform fee), and can climb higher with add-on modules. A Clari deployment for 50 users runs roughly $120,000 in year one (at the mid-range $150/user/month plus approximately $30,000 in professional services). That puts Weflow at roughly 50% less than Gong and well below Clari for equivalent coverage.
Unlike Gong, Weflow charges no platform fee and no implementation fee. Unlike Clari, which requires $15,000 to $50,000 in professional services and 8 to 16 weeks for implementation, Weflow deploys in weeks with no professional services cost. Core products and bundles are flat-rate per user, with unlimited recordings and transcripts and AI usage bundled into the seat price. Note that Agent Builder, Weflow's agentic workflow layer, uses a separate per-account usage tier above the free allowance of 25 actions per month.
If you don't need the full platform, you can start with a single product. There's a 10-user minimum per bundle, and volume discounts are available for larger teams.
Activity Capture: $19/user/month
Conversation Intelligence: $39/user/month
Deal Intelligence and Forecasting: $39/user/month

What standalone products and bundles does Weflow offer?
Weflow offers three standalone products and three bundles, all billed annually with flat-rate per-user pricing and no platform or implementation fees. Note that Agent Builder, which is included on every plan, has an optional usage-based upgrade tier priced per account rather than per user.
Activity & Contact Capture — $19/user/month. Auto-syncs emails, meetings, and contacts from Outlook and Google to native Salesforce objects with zero manual data entry.
Conversation Intelligence — $39/user/month. Records, transcribes, and analyzes sales conversations with AI, then updates Salesforce fields automatically. Supports 96+ languages and unlimited recordings. Includes Mobile Copilot.
Deal Intelligence & Forecasting— $39/user/month. Covers pipeline management, deal insights, pipeline analytics, and AI-powered forecasting with real-time two-way Salesforce sync.
Revenue AI Foundation bundle — $49/user/month. Combines Activity & Contact Capture and Conversation Intelligence, plus Mobile Copilot, Ask Weflow AI Pro, and Agent Builder Free (25 agent actions/month per account). A 16% discount vs. buying the two products separately.
Revenue AI Business bundle — $59/user/month. Adds Deal Intelligence on top of Foundation, plus the same AI and agent capabilities. A 17% discount.
Revenue AI Enterprise bundle — $79/user/month. Combines all three products plus Mobile Copilot, Ask Weflow AI Pro, and Agent Builder Free. A 19% discount vs. buying all three products separately.
Every standalone product and every bundle includes Ask Weflow AI Pro and Agent Builder Free (25 agent actions/month at the account level). Teams that need more agent capacity can add a paid Agent Builder tier: Growth at $299/month per account (500 actions) or Scale at $999/month per account (2,500 actions). These are flat account-level fees, not per-user charges.
Each standalone product can be purchased independently, and different teams within your org can be on different plans. Customers can upgrade into a fuller bundle at any point as their needs grow.
Many RevOps teams start with Activity & Contact Capture to fix Salesforce data quality first, then add products as needs grow. Bundles require a minimum of 10 users, and volume discounts are available for larger teams and multi-year commitments.
Weflow offers a 14-day free trial of the full platform. Pricing is available in both USD and EUR, and final pricing is quote-based.
Can I buy Weflow activity capture without conversation intelligence?
Yes. Weflow's Activity Capture is available as a standalone product at $19/user/month, billed annually. You don't need to purchase Conversation Intelligence or any other Weflow product to use it.
Weflow sells three products independently, and each can be purchased on its own. You can also mix products across teams. For example, your customer success team could run Activity Capture while your sales team adds Deal Intelligence & Forecasting.
Activity Capture — $19/user/month
Conversation Intelligence — $39/user/month
Deal Intelligence & Forecasting — $39/user/month
Unlike Gong and Clari, Weflow lets you start with exactly what you need without buying a bundled platform. Gong runs $120 to $200/user/month plus a $5,000 base platform fee and a one-time onboarding fee, sold on 2 to 3 year contracts. Clari doesn't sell products standalone. Its bundled platform runs $120 to $180/user/month, plus $15,000 to $50,000 in professional services.
Many teams start with Activity Capture alone to fix Salesforce data quality first, then expand later. If you add Conversation Intelligence down the line, the Revenue AI Foundation bundle at $49/user/month covers both products, saving you $9/user/month versus the $58 combined standalone price. That bundle also includes Mobile Copilot, Ask Weflow AI Pro, and Agent Builder Free.
All pricing is flat-rate per user with no platform fees, no implementation fees, and no usage-based charges. Minimum seat count is 10 users, and volume discounts are available for larger teams.
What's included in Weflow's Activity & Conversation Intelligence bundle vs buying them separately?
The Revenue AI Foundation bundle costs $49/user/month (billed annually), compared to $58/user/month if you buy Activity & Contact Capture ($19) and Conversation Intelligence ($39) separately. That's a 16% discount, or $9/user/month saved. For a 50-user team, the bundle runs $29,400/year instead of $34,800.
The bundle includes everything from both standalone products in a single purchase, plus Mobile Copilot for recording in-person meetings:
Automated activity capture: emails, calendar events, and contacts synced to Salesforce with auto-set Opportunity Contact Roles and 24-month backfill (available as an add-on)
Full conversation intelligence: unlimited recording, transcription, AI summaries, AI field updates, AI coaching and scoring, and 96+ language support
Mobile Copilot: record in-person meetings on iOS or Android, with AI summaries and field updates synced to Salesforce
Ask Weflow AI and 250+ pre-built AI prompts
Chrome Extension, Outlook Add-In, and Google Extension
Pre-built activity and conversation insights
All admin, security, and compliance features
Unlimited view-only licenses
The bundle does not include pipeline management, deal insights, sales forecasting, or quota management. Those capabilities are part of the Revenue AI Business ($59/user/month) or Revenue AI Enterprise ($79/user/month) bundles.
All products and bundles are flat-rate per user with no platform fees and no implementation fees, billed annually.
The only usage-based component is Agent Builder, which is priced per account rather than per user. Every plan includes Agent Builder Free (25 agent actions/month at the account level), with optional paid tiers available if you need more action volume.
Transcription, recording, and AI features are unlimited. A 10-user minimum applies, and additional users can be added on a pro-rata basis. Pricing is published list pricing. If you start with Activity & Contact Capture alone, you can upgrade to the bundle at any point and the discount applies immediately.
Does Weflow offer view-only licenses for leadership and stakeholders?
Yes. Every Weflow plan that includes Conversation Intelligence comes with unlimited view-only licenses at no extra cost. This applies to the Conversation Intelligence standalone plan ($39/user/month), and to all three platform bundles that include Conversation Intelligence: Revenue AI Foundation ($49/user/month), Revenue AI Business ($59/user/month), and Revenue AI Enterprise ($79/user/month).
View-only licenses don't count toward your paid seat total, so you can give access to as many stakeholders as you need without affecting your bill.
View-only users can review call recordings and recording-related insights. Weflow respects your existing Salesforce permissions and role hierarchy by default, so access to recordings follows the same structure your team already uses in Salesforce. If your org structure doesn't match Salesforce's role hierarchy, Weflow supports configurable custom team hierarchies. Contact Weflow to confirm the right setup for your org.
To add a view-only user, your Weflow admin assigns them a View-Only license through the admin console, which handles user and license management centrally.
View-only licenses are tied to Conversation Intelligence features, specifically recordings and related insights. The Activity and Contact Capture standalone plan and the Deal Intelligence and Forecasting standalone plan don't include view-only licenses. If your leadership team needs access to pipeline analytics or forecasting dashboards rather than call recordings, contact Weflow to confirm the right license type for that use case.
What add-ons are available on top of Weflow's base packages?
Weflow's pricing is product-based with no platform fees or hidden charges. The only paid add-on available today sits on top of the Activity & Contact Capture product:
24-month historical activity sync-back: syncs past emails and meetings from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 into Salesforce, covering up to 24 months of data. This is an add-on for Activity & Contact Capture standalone and the Revenue AI Foundation bundle. It's included automatically in Revenue AI Business and Revenue AI Enterprise.
A few capabilities that are sometimes assumed to be add-ons are actually included in the base products. Pre-built activity insights and reporting are included with Activity & Contact Capture ($19/user/month), not a separate charge. The Outlook Add-In and Gmail Extension, which let reps see and adjust Weflow's suggested activity-to-record mapping directly from their inbox, are optional features included with Activity & Contact Capture and all bundles, not paid add-ons.
Ask Weflow AI Pro is not a separate add-on. It's included with every core product: Activity & Contact Capture ($19/user/month), Conversation Intelligence ($39/user/month), and Deal Intelligence & Forecasting ($39/user/month), as well as all three bundles (Revenue AI Foundation, Revenue AI Business, and Revenue AI Enterprise).
Forecasting is also not an add-on. It's part of the Deal Intelligence & Forecasting product ($39/user/month) and is included in the Revenue AI Enterprise bundle at $79/user/month.
You can start with any single product and add more later. Different teams within your org can be on different products or bundles, so you're not forced into a one-size-fits-all commitment. Weflow publishes list prices billed annually. Contact Weflow's sales team for pricing specific to your setup.
How does Weflow's modular pricing compare to Gong's all-in-one pricing?
Unlike Gong, Weflow uses flat-rate, per-seat pricing with no platform fees and no implementation fees. You pick only what you need: Activity & Contact Captureat $19/user/month, Conversation Intelligence at $39/user/month, or Deal Intelligence & Forecasting at $39/user/month.
Three bundles apply a discount if you combine products: Revenue AI Foundation at $49/user/month, Revenue AI Business at $59/user/month, or the full Revenue AI Enterprise platform at $79/user/month.
Note: Agent Builder paid tiers are the only usage-based component, priced per account rather than per user.
Unlike Gong, Weflow lets you buy each product independently and expand later without being forced into a base platform license. Gong does not publish pricing, but runs $120 to $200/user/month plus a $5,000 base platform fee plus a one-time onboarding fee, sold on two- to three-year contracts. Every Gong add-on requires the Foundation license, so there is no standalone entry point.
For a 50-user team, the annual cost comparison between Weflow and Gong looks like this:
Weflow Activity Capture only: $11,400/year
Weflow full platform (Revenue AI Enterprise): $47,400/year
Comparable Gong deployment with forecasting: roughly $95,000/year at mid-range pricing ($150/user/month plus the $5,000 platform fee)
That's roughly 50% less for comparable coverage. The gap widens further at smaller team sizes: a 10-user team pays $9,480/year on Weflow Revenue AI Enterprise versus approximately $23,000/year on Gong, a saving of around 59%.
Many teams start with Activity Capture to fix Salesforce data quality first, then add Conversation Intelligence or Forecasting as needs grow. Upgrading to a bundle at any point applies the bundle discount automatically.
