What users of each tool say

Weflow

What they like

“The absolute best part about Weflow is that it automatically summarises every single client call and drops the notes straight into Salesforce. I stopped writing up notes manually for the most time.”

LPLaszlo P.Enterprise, 5/5 · G2 review

Where it falls short

“There is a small lag when a new field is created on Salesforce, it doesn't instantly sync with WeFlow.”

Revenue GridRevenue Grid

What they like

“Revenue Grid has consistently provided exceptional support. Whenever we submit a support ticket, the team responds quickly and takes immediate action.”

JMJansen M.Mid-Market, 5/5 · G2 review

Where it falls short

“We’ve also experienced occasional delays when syncing activities between Outlook and Salesforce. Although these issues are usually resolved with support, better stability and reliability—and fewer prompts to reauthenticate—would make the overall experience even better.”

Frequently asked questions

Can Weflow replace Revenue Grid?

Yes, for teams on Salesforce. Weflow covers Revenue Grid's email and calendar capture, contact creation and inbox tools, and adds Conversation Intelligence on Zoom, Teams, Meet and Webex, AI Field Updates and forecasting with its own engine. You give up Revenue Grid's full inbox Sidebar, its on-premises and own-tenant hosting, and its Siebel integration.

Do reps need to install or sign in to anything?

With Weflow, no: an admin installs one app centrally in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and capture runs for every enrolled user, with the Outlook add-in and Chrome extension optional. Revenue Grid rolls out capture centrally too, but every rep signs in to its Sidebar with their own Salesforce login, and removing that step needs a paid Salesforce licence for a service account.

Can Revenue Grid run beside another capture tool?

No. Revenue Grid must not run beside any other tool that syncs mailbox data with Salesforce, such as Lightning Sync or Salesforce Inbox, because the two create conflicts and duplicates. Weflow's Compatibility Mode skips emails that Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo or Clay already logged, and Weflow runs next to Einstein Activity Capture once its event sync is one-way, so you switch over gradually.

What does Revenue Grid include below Ultimate?

Activity Capture 360 at $30 covers activity capture, the Sidebar, scheduling and Salesforce reporting, and Knowledge Capture at $49 adds AI chat and search. Meeting recording, forecasting, pipeline, team analytics and the AI assistants come only in Ultimate at $149. Weflow sells Activity & Contact Capture at $19, Conversation Intelligence and Deal Intelligence & Forecasting at $39 each, or all three for $79.

How do AI Field Updates compare?

Weflow writes values from calls into Salesforce fields of every type except lookups, on standard and custom objects, and the admin sets each field to update automatically or wait for review; AI Playbooks score the whole deal against MEDDIC, SPICED or your own framework. Revenue Grid's full AI Mentor updates the opportunity fields an admin imported, after the rep confirms, and assesses no named framework.

Does Revenue Grid's forecasting replace Salesforce Forecasts?

No, it builds on it. Revenue Grid's forecasting depends on Salesforce Collaborative Forecasts: reps submit commit and best case, managers adjust on the Salesforce Forecasts tab, and forecast types come from Salesforce. Weflow runs its own forecasting beside Salesforce Forecasts, with deal-by-deal submissions, an AI projection with a low, middle and high range, parallel forecast setups and accuracy tracking.

What happens to our captured history if we switch?

It stays. Revenue Grid saves emails as Tasks or EmailMessage records and meetings as Events in your own Salesforce org, so that history remains after you leave. Weflow takes over capture centrally and backfills up to 24 months of past emails and meetings, run by Weflow's team, which also fills the older history Revenue Grid syncs only as a custom service.

Where is our data hosted?

Weflow hosts in Frankfurt, New York or Sydney, matching your Salesforce region with an EU or UK override, and keeps zero AI data retention. Revenue Grid stores data on Azure in the US by default, offers other regions and dedicated, own-tenant or on-premises deployment, and may keep AI output for up to 30 days to detect abuse. Both hold SOC 2 Type II.

How long does Weflow take to set up?

A Salesforce admin and a Google or Microsoft admin install Weflow centrally in a technical session of 30–45 minutes, and full rollout typically takes 2–3 weeks with no implementation fee. You can run the 14-day free trial on your own Salesforce first. Revenue Grid charges a one-time implementation fee and publishes no setup time.
