| Email capture | StrongerServer-side capture through a central app in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, written to Salesforce as Task or EmailMessage records in real time, with no rep action. | Reads email in the background through admin-level connections and writes it as Tasks.Captures only when a participant is a known contact or lead, typically about an hour later. |
| Meeting capture | StrongerEvery external calendar meeting logged as a permanent Salesforce Event, whether or not it was recorded. | Writes calendar events to Salesforce as Events with their attendees.Events more than three months ahead wait until they come within that window. |
| Matching rules | StrongerAdmins set matching rules per team, on secondary email fields and the account's website domain, so RevOps can see why an activity landed where it did. | Machine-learning affinity models match each activity and learn from corrections in Salesforce.Admins cannot read or adjust the rules behind a match. |
| Several open opportunities | StrongerWeighs contact role, opportunity owner, mailbox owner and stage.Reps re-map from Gmail or Outlook, and the choice applies to the rest of the thread. | Scores candidates on timing, keywords, participants and owner, and logs to the account when the choice is ambiguous.Remembers manual fixes made in Salesforce. |
| Rep review in the inbox | StrongerThe Outlook add-in and Chrome extension show which records an email will log to, and let reps re-map or untick an email before or after it logs. | No rep-facing interface or plugin.Reps fix a match by editing the record in Salesforce; an admin Tracker explains a single email. |
| Contacts and contact roles | Creates missing contacts from email recipients under admin rules, and adds Opportunity Contact Roles when it logs an email to a deal. | Creates missing contacts with name, title and phone from signatures.Contact roles with buyer roles such as decision maker come in the higher Harvest package. |
| Custom objects | StrongerLogs activity to any Salesforce object, including cases and custom objects, and shows custom objects in the mail extension. | Writes to standard Task and Event records by default.Logging to custom objects is a configuration beyond its default sync. |
| Attachments | StrongerStores email attachments in Salesforce, with a size band set per capture configuration. | Reads the full body and headers of each email but does not sync attachments. |
| Historical backfill | Past emails and meetings written into Salesforce, typically up to 24 months.Run by Weflow's team. | Up to 18 months of past email and calendar activity through the live pipeline, as a one-time add-on at $8 per user for each month of history. |

What users of each tool say
What they like
“The absolute best part about Weflow is that it automatically summarises every single client call and drops the notes straight into Salesforce. I stopped writing up notes manually for the most time.”
LPLaszlo P.Enterprise, 5/5 · G2 review
Where it falls short
“There is a small lag when a new field is created on Salesforce, it doesn't instantly sync with WeFlow.”
ACAlisson C.Senior Account Executive (Mid-Market), 5/5 · G2 review
NektarWhat they like
“Our buying groups went from 2-3 contacts to 8-15 stakeholders. RevOps freed up 35+ hours/week from data consolidation.”
MVMaria Virginia M.Mid-Market, 5/5 · G2 review
Where it falls short
“Sync timing is slow. On average, there’s a ~75-minute delay between when an activity occurs and when it's created in our CRM. This lag makes it difficult for us to enforce SLAs in real time, especially when responding to inbound intent signals.”

Frequently asked questions
Can Weflow replace Nektar?
Yes, for the activity and contact capture Nektar does. Weflow logs every email and meeting to Salesforce, creates missing contacts, adds Opportunity Contact Roles and backfills up to 24 months. It also covers what Nektar leaves to other tools: call recording, AI Field Updates and forecasting. You give up Nektar's Snowflake delivery, its automatic buyer roles and its deal signals written as Salesforce fields.
How does activity mapping compare?
Nektar matches with machine-learning affinity scores and learns from corrections made in Salesforce, but admins cannot see or adjust the rules behind a match, and it falls back to the account when two open deals look alike. Weflow matches on rules admins set per team, and reps see the target record in Gmail or Outlook and re-map it once for the whole thread, so renewal and expansion deals on one account stay separate.
How fast does activity reach Salesforce?
Weflow writes captured email and meetings to Salesforce in real time. Nektar typically takes about an hour and up to 9 hours, and a Nektar reviewer on G2 measures a 75-minute average delay that makes inbound response SLAs hard to enforce. Events more than three months ahead also wait in Nektar until they come within that window.
Does Nektar record calls or forecast?
No. Nektar reads attendance and the transcripts Zoom, Teams or Google Meet already hold, and positions itself beside Gong for calls and Clari for forecasting. Teams on that stack run three or four tools for one deal. Weflow records calls, writes structured fields from them, and forecasts with roll-ups and an AI projection, all on the same captured data.
Nektar calls itself revenue telemetry. How is Weflow different?
Nektar captures customer interactions and delivers them as structured data to Salesforce, warehouses and AI agents, and says it is not conversation transcripts and not another dashboard. Weflow captures the same emails and meetings into data you own, then puts them to work: Conversation Intelligence turns calls into fields, and forecasting, deal signals and Ask Weflow AI all run on that complete picture.
Does Weflow set Opportunity Contact Roles and buyer roles?
Weflow adds an Opportunity Contact Role when it logs an email from a contact to a deal where they have none, which also sharpens its own mapping. It leaves the buyer role, such as champion or economic buyer, to the rep, because a role guessed from a title lands in reports and reviews. Nektar's Harvest package assigns roles such as decision maker or sponsor from title and engagement.
What does each need in our Salesforce org?
Weflow installs two managed packages and one integration user with a dedicated permission set, plus one mail app an admin installs in the Google or Microsoft admin console, with no code. Nektar's default setup asks for an integration user with Modify All Data, Modify Metadata, Customize Application and Manage Profiles and Permission Sets, connected with the full OAuth scope.
How do pricing and backfill compare?
Activity & Contact Capture is $19/user/month billed annually, with no platform fee, and the full platform with Conversation Intelligence and forecasting is $79. Nektar quotes its Bloom and Harvest packages per user with volume tiers, and charges $8 per user for each month of backfilled history, so 18 months for 50 users adds $7,200. Contact roles and buyer roles need its higher Harvest package.
Where is our data hosted?
Weflow hosts in Frankfurt, New York or Sydney, matching your Salesforce region by default with an override to keep data in the EU or UK, with SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR and CCPA and zero AI data retention. Nektar hosts on AWS in the United States, transfers EU and UK data there under Standard Contractual Clauses, and keeps captured data 90 days by default.
