Weflow is the Revenue AI Orchestration platform for sales, customer success, and RevOps teams. It captures every email, meeting and call, turns conversations into structured CRM data you own, and forecasts on it. Einstein Conversation Insights, now Conversation Intelligence, analyses recordings that other systems make.
Weflow ticked all the boxes: GDPR-compliant, tightly integrated with Salesforce, simple to use, and without the heavy price tag of U.S. vendors.

Frequently asked questions
We already have Conversation Intelligence in Sales Cloud. Why add Weflow?
Because it analyses calls but does not act on them. Einstein Conversation Insights processes recordings your dialer or meeting platform makes, flags keywords and writes a fixed summary. It writes no field values, captures no email and has no forecasting. Weflow records every external meeting, writes AI Field Updates into any Salesforce field type, captures email and meetings, and feeds all of it into deal scores and forecasts.
Is Einstein Conversation Insights still sold?
Yes, under a new name. Salesforce renamed it Conversation Intelligence with the same functionality, documents it for the Winter '27 release and includes it in the Core, Advanced and Max sales editions. Salesforce now markets its call intelligence as Conversation Intelligence powered by Momentum, which builds on Einstein Activity Capture and Einstein Conversation Insights.
Does Einstein Conversation Insights record calls itself?
No. It transcribes and analyses recordings made elsewhere: Sales Dialer and about nine telephony systems for phone calls, and the cloud recordings Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams keep for video, with each user connecting their own video account. Weflow's notetaker joins every external meeting, its desktop app records without a bot, and its mobile app records in-person meetings.
Can it update opportunity fields from a call?
Not by itself. Salesforce's route is automation your team builds in Flow or a prompt template around the Get Conversation Transcript action, or Agentforce for Sales at $125 per user per month. Weflow's AI Field Updates write values from calls into standard and custom fields of every type except lookups, so a MEDDIC or SPICED answer lands where your reports read it, automatically or after a rep's review.
How does coaching compare?
Coaching in Einstein Conversation Insights is manual: managers leave time-stamped comments, collect calls into shared collections, share segments in Slack and use reports of calls without comments. Weflow scores every recorded call against templates such as MEDDIC or Challenger, with manager override, and rolls the scores up per call, deal and rep over time.
Which calls does it process?
Calls with at least two participants and one external, voice calls over 10 seconds and video calls over a minute, hosted by a licensed user. Calls placed before a user gets the permission set are never processed, and each licence carries up to 675 processed hours a year, pooled across the org. Weflow logs every external meeting and records with no cap on hours.
Where is call data processed?
Einstein Conversation Insights stores data from European orgs in Europe but processes it in the United States, and Salesforce builds global predictive models from customer data without personal information unless you opt out. Weflow hosts in Frankfurt, New York or Sydney, matching your Salesforce region with an EU or UK override, keeps zero AI data retention and never trains models on customer data.
Can Weflow and Salesforce's own tools run together?
Yes. Weflow writes into native Salesforce objects, so Salesforce reports, Flows and Agentforce read what it captures. Weflow runs next to Einstein Activity Capture once its event sync is one-way, and an admin sets it up centrally in a technical session of 30–45 minutes, with a 14-day free trial on your own Salesforce first.
