Pricing at a glance
Weflow pricing is flat-rate per seat with no platform, implementation or onboarding fee; Clari's pricing is quote-only, with professional-services implementation fees.
| Weflow | Clari | |
|---|---|---|
| Seat price | $19 Activity & Contact Capture, $39 Conversation Intelligence, $39 Deal Intelligence & Forecasting per user per month; bundles $49 to $79 (full modules) | Quote-only, estimated $120-$180/user/month |

What Weflow costs: Activity & Contact Capture $19/user/month, Conversation Intelligence $39/user/month, Deal Intelligence & Forecasting $39/user/month, billed annually. No platform fee, no implementation fee, no onboarding fee.
Modules are sold standalone, so you can start with Activity Capture and add Conversation Intelligence or Deal Intelligence & Forecasting later. Recordings, transcripts, AI templates and Ask Weflow AI Pro carry no usage caps, and view-only licenses are free up to the number of recording licenses you hold.
How Clari prices: quote-only, with no published list price and no self-serve signup. Buyer estimates put it at $120-$180/user/month, and professional-services implementation fees are reported at $15K-$50K rather than published by Clari.
Weflow
Weflow is the Revenue AI Orchestration platform for sales, customer success and RevOps teams. It captures activity and conversation data bottom-up and writes it, with transcripts, summaries and AI field updates, into native Salesforce objects, then surfaces deal signals and forecasts from that enriched CRM data.
Clari
Clari rolls existing CRM and engagement data up top-down for forecast governance, pipeline inspection and revenue leadership visibility. Clari Capture syncs activity to native Salesforce objects and Clari exposes Salesforce APIs, while it maintains a separate operating and logic layer alongside Salesforce: RevOps manages the mappings, keeps the duplicate logic current and trains users on a parallel system.
Where Weflow wins
Activity capture that fills Salesforce automatically
Weflow captures email and meeting activity server side at the mail tenant level and writes it into native Salesforce Task, Event and EmailMessage objects. No rep action, no behavior change, no per-rep OAuth.
- Central deployment through Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace, so mail sent from a phone, a browser or a desktop client is captured the same way
- Business-relevant only: an email or meeting is logged when an external participant resolves to an account or opportunity, and internal-only threads never reach Salesforce
- Transcripts and AI summaries land in native Salesforce recording and indexing objects alongside the activity, so the record is reportable and permissioned with everything else in the CRM
- Email open tracking on mail sent through the Weflow plugin, plus an Activity Capture Health view in Salesforce that flags duplicate accounts and contacts and mis-set capture settings
When this matters: Board reporting, territory planning and rep reviews all run on activity data that has to live in Salesforce, where you can report on it.
Conversation Intelligence that writes structured data into Salesforce fields
Weflow records supported meetings, pulls in recordings from a connected telephony provider, and turns each conversation into a transcript, a summary and field values on the Salesforce record. Video files stay in your own cloud storage, and personal channels are never captured.
- The notetaker is auto-scheduled onto every external meeting from the calendar connection and joins Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex, so coverage does not depend on a rep starting it
- 250+ pre-built AI prompts, transcription in 96 languages with automatic language detection
- AI field updates write picklist, number, date and multi-select values to standard and custom objects; admins can auto-update individual fields and add context through web search and uploaded PDFs
- AI coaching scorecards run your methodology across every recorded call, so rep development is tracked rather than remembered
When this matters: Your forecast reads Salesforce fields, so conversation data has to arrive as field values, not as recordings sitting in a second tool.
Production-grade forecasting built on accurate CRM data
Three forecast methods run side by side on the enriched Salesforce data Weflow captures.
- Bottom-up submissions, dynamic-weighted roll-ups, and an AI prediction that factors seasonality and historical opportunity snapshots
- Automated roll-ups across the Salesforce role hierarchy or a custom Weflow hierarchy, with multiple independent forecast types (new logo, expansion, renewal), each with its own cadence, rules and roll-up logic
- Forecast accuracy tracking by rep and manager; quota management at org, team and individual levels
"With Weflow, we forecast within 7% by week 4 of the quarter."
[small]Tibor Stefán, Chief Revenue Officer, Zeotap - Customers Page[/small]
When this matters: You run a large rep org on Salesforce and need forecast accuracy built on complete activity and deal data.
AI that keeps CRM data current without rep data entry
Reps do not update Salesforce, so Weflow does the CRM work for them: fields written from calls, signals read off the pipeline, and agents you build yourself for the workflows specific to your team.
- Agent Builder for your own revenue workflows, priced per workspace, with 25 agent actions a month included in every plan and bundle
- 50+ AI deal signals plus admin-configurable warnings built on Salesforce fields, activity data and Weflow signals (single-threaded deals, no next meeting, 14+ days inactive)
- AI Playbooks read the whole CRM record with its activities, meetings and recordings against a methodology such as MEDDIC, refresh every few hours, and show per-letter status beside the deal board
- Ask Weflow AI Pro, included in every plan, answers across calls, deals, pipeline and the related CRM context
When this matters: Reps are not updating Salesforce and CRM accuracy has to improve without adding more fields for sellers to fill in.
Forecasting and pipeline inspection are Clari's strongest product
Roll-up forecasting is what Clari was built around, and it remains the most established part of the suite. Buyers treat its inspect view, its one-action Quick Submit and its quarter navigation as the usability bar a replacement has to match.
- Flexible multi-level roll-up forecasting across the hierarchy, run by leadership as a weekly cadence rather than as a report
- The pipeline waterfall, the pacing view and the comparison against the same day in previous quarters are the views revenue teams actually use
- Teams do report exporting Clari pipeline-waterfall data into BI, because the waterfall compares one date to another rather than showing what moved between them
When this matters: You need forecast governance and pipeline inspection across multiple business units, and your leadership already runs the quarter that way.
CRM scope beyond a Salesforce-only stack
Weflow works only with Salesforce, and that boundary is hard: a division on another CRM cannot be covered at all.
- Relevant for organizations running several CRMs across divisions or after an acquisition
- Weflow can only be deployed on the Salesforce side, which caps coverage for any group that is not fully on Salesforce
- Ask Clari which of their modules support each CRM in your stack before you put the two side by side
When this matters: You operate more than one CRM and need a single forecast roll-up across all of them.
Sales engagement and forecasting from one vendor
Clari and Salesloft merged on 3 December 2025, so sequencing, dialer and scheduling now sit with the same vendor as your forecast roll-up. Weflow does no sales engagement at all: no sequencing, no cadence engine, no dialer.
- Groove by Clari and Salesloft cover cadences, dialer and scheduling alongside the forecasting product
- One commercial relationship across engagement and forecasting, in a combined business reporting roughly $450M in annual recurring revenue across more than 5,000 customers
- The two products still run as separate applications with separate interfaces and no published unified roadmap
When this matters: You want engagement and forecasting on one contract and you already run Salesloft or Groove.
Choose based on your situation
| Your situation | Better fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Mid-market team on Salesforce buying a first revenue intelligence platform | Weflow | Modules from $19/user/month with no implementation fee, and implementation typically completes in 2-3 weeks. Clari's technical installation is quick too, but customers report 12-18 months before the business genuinely forecasts out of it. |
| Already running Clari for forecasting but CRM activity data is incomplete | Weflow | Activity & Contact Capture ($19/user/month) writes to native Salesforce Task, Event and EmailMessage objects, and Clari reads activities from Salesforce, so the roll-up gets cleaner input. Run one capture engine only, or you get duplicate activities. |
| Clari contract coming up for renewal and evaluating alternatives | Weflow | Pricing is published per seat and purchasing is modular, so you can phase the switch module by module rather than re-signing a platform bundle at renewal. |
| 5,000+ employees with multi-BU, multi-region overlay forecast hierarchies | Clari | Roll-up forecasting is Clari's strongest and most established product. Weflow's hierarchy support is production-grade but newer at that complexity. |
| Part of your organization runs a CRM other than Salesforce | Clari | Weflow is Salesforce-only by design and can only be deployed on your Salesforce footprint. Ask Clari which of their modules cover your other CRM. |
| RevOps team that cannot absorb a parallel system to maintain | Weflow | Clari Capture syncs activity to native Salesforce objects and Clari offers Salesforce APIs, but Clari also keeps a separate operating and logic layer: mappings, duplicate logic and a parallel system to train users on. Weflow follows your existing Salesforce permissions and configuration through a self-service admin console. |
| European or GDPR-sensitive org needing EU data residency | Weflow | Weflow is a German company hosted in Frankfurt, spins up your instance in the region where your Salesforce sits and can keep it in the EU or UK, with zero data retention and no customer data used to train models. |
| Sales motion runs over phone and in person rather than video | Weflow, with your telephony provider connected | Weflow is not a dialer and does not place or record phone calls itself, but a connected telephony provider's recordings are pulled in, transcribed, written back to Salesforce and scored alongside meetings. In-person meetings record through the iOS and Android apps. |
| Already using Gong for CI but need activity capture and forecasting on Salesforce | Weflow | Activity & Contact Capture plus Deal Intelligence & Forecasting is $19 + $39/user/month. Weflow's Conversation Intelligence overlaps with Gong, and if you switch, Weflow migrates and reprocesses your existing recording library at no cost. |
| Implementing MEDDIC or SPICED and need methodology enforcement in Salesforce | Weflow | 250+ pre-built AI prompts extract field values from calls into Salesforce, and AI Playbooks score the whole opportunity, its activities, meetings and recordings against the methodology. |
| Lean RevOps team (1-3 people) that cannot run a services project | Weflow | Technical integration takes 30-45 minutes with a Salesforce admin and a mail admin, with no implementation fee. Clari professional-services fees are reported at $15K-$50K and are not published. |
| Using Outreach or Salesloft for engagement and need CI plus forecasting without replacing them | Weflow | Compatibility mode holds Weflow's sync back by about 10 seconds so the other tool logs first, then matches on record id so the same email is never written twice. After the Salesloft merger, Clari puts engagement and forecasting on one commercial dependency. |

[small]Mark Reich, CRO, Lawpilots - Customers Page[/small]
[lim]Limitations[/lim]
"There is a small lag when a new field is created on Salesforce, it doesn't instantly sync with WeFlow. But it hasn't been a massive issue and it's the only dislike I can think of." — Alisson C., Senior Account Executive (Mid-Market) — G2
[str]Strength[/str]
"What I like best about Clari is how it simplifies and centralizes our forecasting process. Before Clari, we were stuck using PowerPoint for forecasting. Now, everything is in one place, and senior leadership has powerful, real-time insights into forecasting and pipeline health." — Thomas C., RevOps Manager (Enterprise) — G2
[lim]Limitations[/lim]
"There are certain fields that need to be filled in through Salesforce, and I wish I could manage all of them directly within Clari. It would be much more convenient to have full control in one place and avoid having to switch back and forth." — Ahmed A., Senior Business Development Manager (Enterprise) — G2

Frequently asked questions
Can I run Weflow alongside Clari instead of replacing it?
Yes, the two run alongside each other: Clari reads activities from Salesforce, so Weflow can feed cleaner activity into Salesforce while Clari keeps the forecast roll-up. Weflow sells modules standalone, so Activity & Contact Capture at $19/user/month or Conversation Intelligence at $39/user/month goes in without touching your Clari setup. Run one capture engine only: two engines writing the same emails and meetings create duplicate activities.
Does Weflow's forecasting conflict with Salesforce Forecasting?
No, Weflow forecasting runs independently and both can run at the same time. Each forecast setup is built on one chosen Salesforce opportunity currency field indexed on one chosen date field, and an org can run several setups in parallel, each with its own stages, cadence, targets and forecast calls. Weflow reads the standard currency field and does not apply Salesforce dated exchange rates, so a team that needs dated conversion points the forecast at its own converted amount field.
How does the Clari and Salesloft merger affect my evaluation?
Clari and Salesloft merged in December 2025 and still operate as separate applications with separate interfaces and no published unified roadmap. Clari's surface has grown by acquisition (Wingman in 2022, Groove in 2023, Salesloft in 2025), so moving onto Clari does not reduce the number of systems you run, it puts them on one invoice. If you are signing a multi-year Clari contract, ask what the unified roadmap is and when packaging and pricing settle.
Weflow does not place phone calls, so how big a gap is that?
Weflow records Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex, and its iOS and Android apps record in-person meetings. It is not a dialer and does not place or record phone calls itself, but a connected telephony provider's recordings are pulled in, transcribed, written back to Salesforce and scored alongside meetings and emails. Teams whose sellers work mostly by phone have to solve the telephony layer separately before capture is complete.
How does Weflow coach reps compared with Clari Copilot?
Weflow coaches from the recorded conversation: AI scorecards score each call against your methodology, 250+ pre-built prompts turn what was said into Salesforce fields, and the scores accumulate into a record you can track by rep across quarters. Clari Copilot is the rebranded Wingman, acquired in 2022, and it does not write AI field updates into Salesforce fields or objects, nor score calls against MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
What happens to my data if I cancel Weflow?
Captured activities, transcripts, summaries and AI field updates live in your Salesforce org as native objects and stay there after cancellation, with no export step. Forecast submissions, targets, roll-ups, deal warnings and AI Playbook scores are Weflow fields and stay in Weflow, and video files sit in your own cloud storage through the public API rather than in Salesforce.
How does Weflow handle recording and GDPR?
Weflow is a German company hosted in Frankfurt, and your instance runs in the region where your Salesforce sits, which can be overridden to keep data in the EU or UK. AI providers retain zero Weflow data and customer data is never used to train models. Where a visible recorder in the room is the objection, the Weflow desktop application records the meeting without sending a notetaker into the call and transcribes locally. Only admins can delete a recording, so every deletion is traceable to a named admin.
Does Weflow offer view-only seats?
Yes, view-only licenses are free, available up to the number of recording licenses you hold. Product, customer success, enablement and leadership can watch recordings and read AI summaries without a paid seat, which is what stops teams rationing access to their own call library.
