Weflow vs Avoma

By Weflow · Updated October 9, 2026

Weflow is the Revenue AI Orchestration platform for sales, customer success, and RevOps teams. It captures every email, meeting and call, turns conversations into structured CRM data you own, and forecasts on it. Avoma is an AI meeting assistant that records and summarizes calls, with revenue intelligence as a $29 add-on.

We weren't buying conversation intelligence. We were buying a unified data layer that the entire go-to-market motion could run on, and a partner who understood that distinction.

Frequently asked questions

Can Weflow replace Avoma?

Yes, for teams on Salesforce. Weflow covers Avoma's meeting recording, transcription, AI summaries, follow-ups, scorecards and call library, and adds email and meeting capture into Salesforce on any object, field updates into any field type, and forecasting with an AI projection. You give up Answer Cards during calls, automatic snippets, Avoma's HubSpot and other CRM integrations, and its lower entry price for small teams.

Avoma and Weflow look alike on a feature list. What is the real difference?

What each is built around. Avoma is built around the meeting: it records, transcribes and summarizes calls, and adds activity capture, deal intelligence and forecasting around them. Weflow is built around your revenue data: every email, meeting, contact and call is captured and turned into structured data in your CRM, and Conversation Intelligence, forecasting and AI agents all run on that complete picture. AI is only as good as the data it can reach.

Can AI Field Updates pick a value from a picklist, such as a SPICED score?

Yes. Weflow writes values from calls into Salesforce fields of every type except lookups, so a 0 to 3 impact score lands in its picklist and every competitor named on a call is selected in a multi-select field. The admin sets each field to update automatically or to wait for a rep's review. Avoma maps its Smart Topics to opportunity and account fields and appends the extracted notes to them, with no review step.

What does Avoma's base plan include?

Every Avoma plan includes recording, transcription with unlimited minutes, AI notes and saving meeting notes to CRM accounts, opportunities and contacts. Email capture to Salesforce, two-way CRM field updates, deal risk alerts and roll-up forecasting come with the Revenue Intelligence add-on at $29 a seat a month. Weflow includes AI in the seat: its Activity & Contact Capture at $19 already logs every email and meeting to Salesforce.

Does Avoma do forecasting?

Yes, with the Revenue Intelligence add-on. Reps and managers submit an amount per pipeline and period, managers roll it up, and a board shows target, closed won, gap and coverage, in one forecast setup per organization. Weflow's Deal Intelligence & Forecasting adds an AI projection with a low, middle and high range, parallel forecasts for new business, renewal and expansion, forecast accuracy by rep and team, and a pipeline waterfall.

We use HubSpot. Which one should we choose?

Avoma. Weflow works only with Salesforce and is built entirely on the Salesforce API, which is what lets it respect custom objects, validation rules and permissions with no field mapping step. Avoma syncs two ways with HubSpot, creating a HubSpot meeting for each call and writing notes and mapped deal properties, and also connects to Pipedrive, Zoho, Zendesk and Copper.

Can we move our Avoma recordings to Weflow?

Yes. Weflow imports and reprocesses your existing recording library at no extra cost, typically in 1–2 weeks depending on volume, so past calls stay searchable and their transcripts feed Ask Weflow AI. Weflow also backfills up to 24 months of past emails and meetings into Salesforce, which fills the gap for meetings Avoma recorded before your CRM was connected.

Can we try both before we buy?

Yes. Weflow offers a 14-day free trial on your own Salesforce, with implementation included, and its technical setup takes 30–45 minutes with your Salesforce and mail admins. Avoma offers a 14-day free trial of its Organization plan with every add-on switched on and no credit card; when it ends, the account becomes a viewer account that cannot record new meetings until it is upgraded.

Where is our data hosted?

Weflow hosts in Frankfurt, New York or Sydney, matching your Salesforce region by default with an override to keep data in the EU or UK, and holds SOC 2 Type II with HIPAA, GDPR and CCPA compliance and zero AI data retention. Avoma hosts all customer data on AWS in the United States and holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 42001; teams that need EU residency discuss options with its enterprise team.
