Weflow vs Aviso

By Weflow · Updated October 2, 2026

Weflow captures every email and meeting into your own Salesforce, updates deals with AI Field Updates, and forecasts on that data, at published prices from $19 to $79 per user per month. Aviso copies your CRM into its own platform and sells forecasting, conversation intelligence and sales engagement as one custom-quoted contract.

With Weflow, we forecast within 7% by week 4 of the quarter.

Frequently asked questions

Can I trial Weflow without touching our production Salesforce instance?

Yes. Evaluations run as a 14-day free trial with implementation included at no cost, or as a proof of concept in a sandbox, with pricing and success criteria agreed before it starts. Setup needs a Salesforce admin plus a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin; no per-rep OAuth connections are needed. A typical scope is one team of five to ten people.

We already use Salesforce native forecasting. Do we have to rip that out to use Weflow?

No. Weflow forecasting runs independently from Salesforce's native forecasting, so nothing changes in your existing setup. You configure Weflow's forecast types, hierarchies and cadence separately.

Where does my data live, in Weflow or in Aviso?

Weflow writes captured activity and AI outputs into your own Salesforce as native Task, Event and EmailMessage records, so reports, Flows and automations work on them and they stay if you leave. Aviso copies your CRM into its own time-series database and runs forecasting from that copy. It writes mapped interactions back to the CRM, and its sync runs every two to five minutes.

We use Outreach for sequences. Will Weflow create duplicate activities in Salesforce?

No. Compatibility Mode holds Weflow's sync back about ten seconds so the other tool can log the email first, then skips anything it recognizes, so Salesforce gets one record. It works alongside Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo and Clay.

Can Weflow pull in historical activity data we're missing in Salesforce, or does it only capture going forward?

Both. Historical activity sync is an optional feature that backfills up to 24 months of past emails and meetings into native Salesforce Task, Event and EmailMessage records. It doesn't delete or overwrite existing activity data, only fills gaps. Going forward, server-side capture runs continuously without rep action.

What Salesforce fields can Weflow forecast on?

Any standard or custom Salesforce amount field, including formula fields like Gross Margin, indexed on the date field you choose. Weflow supports multiple currencies and stores field-change history independently, so you are not constrained by Salesforce's field history tracking limit of 20 fields per object. An org can run several forecast setups in parallel, each with its own stages, cadence and targets.

Can we start with just Activity Capture and add forecasting later, or is it all-or-nothing?

Weflow is modular. Start with Activity Capture at $19 per user per month, then add Conversation Intelligence or Deal Intelligence & Forecasting at $39 per user per month each, or move to the full platform at $79. No re-implementation is needed when you expand: your Salesforce configuration, mappings and captured data carry forward across tiers.

Is Ask Weflow AI included in every plan?

Yes. Ask Weflow AI Pro is included with every Weflow plan, whether you buy a standalone product or a bundle.

What would we genuinely lose by choosing Weflow over Aviso?

Live in-call coaching (Weflow coaches after the call), native sales engagement, consumption forecasting for usage-based revenue, account planning with earnings call research, and support for CRMs other than Salesforce: HubSpot, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP and Siebel. Aviso's mobile app also covers forecasting and deals, while Weflow's mobile app records in-person meetings and voice notes and syncs them to Salesforce. If any of those are hard requirements, Aviso fits better.
