Weflow is the Revenue AI Orchestration platform for sales, CS, and RevOps: Activity Capture, Conversation Intelligence, Pipeline Management and Forecasting. It captures business relevant emails and meetings into Salesforce, and writes conversation transcripts and structured outputs into Salesforce records.
Attention is a conversation-first AI sales assistant that records calls, reasons over the transcript, and pushes AI-extracted fields into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Dynamics.
Choose Weflow if you run Salesforce and want emails, meetings, contacts and calls behind your AI, at $79/user/month for the full platform. Choose Attention if you're on another CRM, or your problem is automating the work that comes out of a call.
- SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and GDPR compliant
- 30-45 minutes technical integration
- Server-side capture, no per-rep OAuth

Pricing at a glance
Weflow's core products are seat-priced with implementation included, and only Agent Builder is consumption-priced per workspace after the free tier; Attention doesn't publish prices, so you'd need to book a sales call.
| Weflow | Attention | |
|---|---|---|
| Seat price | $19–$79/user/month (annual) | Not public |
| Platform fee | No | N/A |
| Implementation fee | No | N/A |
| Free trial | 14 days | N/A |
Weflow includes free view-only Conversation Intelligence licenses up to the number of recording licenses you hold. On those licenses, leadership, enablement, CS and product teams watch recordings and read summaries, transcripts and analytics without a paid seat.
Weflow requires a 10-user minimum on annual billing. For a 50-user team, the full platform costs $47,400/year.
Attention prices by quote. There is no pricing page no public per-seat list price, so every number comes out of a sales conversation.
"A lot of folks in the RevOps community pointed me to Weflow. The demo was strong, the pricing was right — it was an easy decision."
Erick Mahle, VP of Revenue Operations & Digital Transformation, Lendz — Weflow
Weflow
Weflow captures business relevant emails and meetings into Salesforce, writes conversation transcripts and structured outputs into Salesforce records, uses AI to extract methodology fields from conversations into standard and custom Salesforce fields, and runs pipeline management and forecasting. All governed by your existing validation rules, permissions, and role hierarchy.
Attention
Attention records sales calls on Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet, generates AI transcriptions and summaries, extracts structured data into CRM fields, and includes coaching scorecards and follow-up email generation across multiple CRMs. Its analysis is grounded in conversations, scorecards and intelligence items: CRM fields help it retrieve the right calls and receive the extracted values, rather than serving as reasoning material.
So Attention reasons over the conversation record, while Weflow starts from the broader revenue records across calls, emails, meetings, contacts and CRM data.
Where Weflow wins
Complete activity capture: email, calendar and contacts
Weflow captures the full activity picture, not only the calls, and nothing depends on a rep remembering to log anything.
- Server-side capture runs at the mail tenant level through a central app in Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID, so mail sent from a phone, browser or desktop client is logged the same way, with no per-rep OAuth
- Scoped to business relevant activity: an email or meeting is logged when an external participant resolves to an account or opportunity, and internal-only threads are never written to Salesforce
- Captured activity shows on the record itself through the Weflow Activity Timeline Lightning component on Account, Opportunity, Contact and Lead pages
- In-person meetings are covered by the included iOS and Android apps for Conversation Intelligence customers
When this matters: Your pipeline reviews and board reports depend on complete activity across email and calendar, not just call recordings.
Pipeline management and deal intelligence
Reps and managers work the pipeline in a spreadsheet-like view, and every edit goes back to Salesforce as they make it.
- Real-time two-way Salesforce sync across standard and custom objects, so an update made in Weflow or in Salesforce shows in both
- More than 50 deal-level signals feed AI deal analysis and a deal-level AI summary that reasons across every meeting on the opportunity
- Forecast Accuracy Tracking measures accuracy by manager, team and individual against a field you choose, for example Closed Won
- The Weflow public API lets Conversation Intelligence customers retrieve recordings, transcripts, summaries, templates and insights
When this matters: Your team runs weekly deal reviews and needs a working pipeline view that writes back to Salesforce in real time, not a read-only dashboard.
Methodology fields that fill themselves, from MEDDIC to BANT
Weflow's AI reads the conversation and writes the values into Salesforce fields, respecting your validation rules, field dependencies, permissions and role hierarchy.
- More than 250 pre-built AI prompts for field updates and summaries, so nobody writes extraction prompts from scratch for MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or your own qualification model
- Field updates reach standard and custom objects and text, picklist, multi-select, number, currency, date and checkbox fields, so the output is chartable rather than a paragraph in a text box
- Admins can set specific fields, or all of them, to update automatically without user verification, and can give a prompt up to 3 PDF files or a web search as extra context
- Conversation data lands in 2 Salesforce objects, a recording object holding the summary and full transcript, and an indexing object
When this matters: You've rolled out MEDDIC and field completion in Salesforce is still low, because reps don't fill it in after a call.
Governance at the AI layer, and no second login to manage
Weflow's security posture runs on your Salesforce org rather than beside it.
- Sign-in runs through Salesforce OAuth and whatever SSO or two-factor your Salesforce org enforces. There is no email and password login, and deactivating a user in Salesforce removes their Weflow access
- Zero data retention at the AI layer, and customer data is never used to train models
- Data sits in the region your Salesforce org sits in, and can be kept in the EU or UK
- ISO 27001 in progress, targeted for December 2026, alongside SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR and CCPA
When this matters: Your security team wants documented AI data handling and one identity to deprovision.
Multi-CRM support beyond Salesforce
Attention works across multiple CRMs out of the box, not just Salesforce.
- Native support for Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Teams on mixed CRM environments can standardize call intelligence without migrating to a single CRM
- Useful for post-acquisition orgs or regional teams running different CRMs
When this matters: Your GTM org isn't fully on Salesforce, or you're running HubSpot/Dynamics alongside Salesforce across business units.
A read-write MCP server and a broad integration surface
Attention is one of the easiest conversation stores for an outside AI assistant to reach, and its workflow builder ends inside tools people already work in.
- A read and write MCP server with 68 tools across 15 groups, covering calls, scorecards, teams, users, forecast categories and CRM integrations, with connection from Claude documented
- Attention claims more than 200 integrations; its documented workflow steps act inside Gmail, Google Sheets, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Snowflake and Notion among others
- Workflows start from an Attention event, a change in a connected app, a schedule or an inbound webhook, and can branch, loop, call any API and run custom code
When this matters: You want your own assistant querying call data directly, or post-call automations that land in the tools your team already uses.
150+ integrations and workflow automation
Attention connects to a broader ecosystem of sales, data, and workflow tools—with a trigger-based automation builder for post-call workflows.
- 150+ integrations including Slack, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Snowflake, and Tableau
- Workflow builder with conversation-finish and user-action triggers plus integration nodes
- AI Sales Agents and Super Agent architecture for post-call automation (CRM updates, follow-ups, notifications)
"We have been using Attention. That way SDRs can spend their time prospecting instead of typing." — Reddit r/sales, Sept 2025
When this matters: You pipe call data into a data warehouse or BI tool, or you need post-call automations that trigger across Slack, Outreach, and other platforms.
Choose based on your situation
| Your situation | Better fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Salesforce org with <50% MEDDIC/SPICED field completion and no budget for an Enterprise-tier CI tool | Weflow | More than 250 pre-built prompts for Conversation Intelligence field updates and summaries, writing to standard and custom Salesforce fields, at $39/user/month |
| GTM org running HubSpot, Pipedrive, Dynamics or Zoho rather than Salesforce | Attention | Attention supports 5 CRMs natively; Weflow is Salesforce-only. |
| RevOps team that needs email + calendar + contact capture alongside call intelligence in one vendor | Weflow | Email, calendar and contact capture alongside call data from one vendor, written back into Salesforce |
| SDR/inside-sales team where 70%+ of prospect touches are phone calls via dialers | Attention | Attention supports phone-oriented integrations including Aircall; Weflow is not a dialer, though it can ingest recordings from a connected telephony provider for transcription, Salesforce write-back and scoring. |
| RevOps team with no capacity to author scorecard criteria and extraction prompts from scratch | Weflow | Attention's scorecards, CRM fields and email templates are prompts the customer writes; Weflow ships a pre-built prompt library, which is the difference in implementation effort |
| Salesforce + Clari handles forecasting; need activity capture + CI without buying forecasting twice | Weflow | The Activity & CI bundle ($49/user/mo) fits alongside Clari without duplicating the forecast layer. |
| Post-acquisition org with reps on mixed CRMs across business units | Attention | Multi-CRM support lets you standardize call intelligence without forcing CRM migration. |

Frequently asked questions
We already use Gong (or Clari, or Outreach). Can Weflow run alongside them without data conflicts?
Yes. Activity Capture has a compatibility mode for exactly this: it delays its own sync by about 10 seconds so the other tool logs the email first, then checks the message for that tool's tracking pattern and skips it if it finds one, with named sequencers shipped as presets. Everything Weflow writes lands in Salesforce as reportable data, so the tools already connected to your org read it there.
We're not on Salesforce. Can Weflow work with HubSpot or Dynamics?
No. Weflow works only with Salesforce and is built entirely on the Salesforce API. If your CRM is HubSpot, Dynamics, Pipedrive or Zoho, Attention is the better fit, since it supports all 5 natively. The Salesforce-only scope is deliberate: it's what lets the integration respect your custom objects, field dependencies, validation rules and permission sets, with no field mapping step at setup.
Our team is under 10 users. Is Weflow still an option?
Not on a paid contract: the minimum is 10 users on annual billing. Below that, the 14-day free trial is how you see it running on your own Salesforce data, with implementation done for you at no cost. Attention prices by quote, so ask them what a team your size would cost.
How long does Weflow deployment actually take, and do my reps need to do anything?
The technical integration takes 30-45 minutes with your Salesforce admin and your mail admin in the same call, plus about 1 hour to configure the workspace. Full implementation typically completes in 2-3 weeks, and what stretches it is internal alignment, deciding which methodology to score against and which fields the AI should write, rather than the product. Enrollment is centralized through the Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID app, so reps do nothing.
Can leadership and non-sales teams access Weflow data without buying seats?
Yes, up to a point: Weflow includes free view-only Conversation Intelligence licenses up to the number of recording licenses you hold. Product, CS, enablement and executives use them to watch recordings and read summaries, transcripts and analytics at no cost, which matters for TCO when 20 reps record but 50 stakeholders want access. On Attention's side, a shared snippet link is viewable by anyone holding it unless the sharer ticks the option restricting it to Attention users at your company.
Can we report on Weflow-captured data in our existing BI tools?
Yes. Weflow's writes land in Salesforce as reportable data, so Salesforce reports, dashboards and Flows run on it directly and your existing reporting stack reads it through the Salesforce connectors you already have. The Weflow public API pulls recordings, transcripts, summaries, templates and insights out for a warehouse or an LLM. One honest limit: deal warnings and AI Playbook scores are Weflow fields rather than Salesforce fields, so they only reach a Salesforce report if an agent writes them into a field you create.
We only need conversation intelligence right now. Do we have to buy the full platform?
No. Weflow sells modularly: Activity & Contact Capture at $19/user/mo, Conversation Intelligence at $39/user/mo, Deal Intelligence & Forecasting at $39/user/mo, or a bundle. The Revenue AI Foundation bundle of Activity Capture plus Conversation Intelligence is $49/user/mo. Different teams inside the same company can sit on different products, so you can start with one and expand without re-implementation.
We have years of calls in our current conversation intelligence tool. Do we lose them when we switch?
No. Weflow imports and reprocesses your existing recording library through the incumbent's API at no extra cost, typically in 1-2 weeks depending on volume, at libraries in the thousands of recordings. Because the transcripts are reprocessed rather than parked, a question about how an objection was handled last quarter still answers after the move.
What happens to our data if we stop using Weflow?
Everything Weflow wrote into Salesforce stays in Salesforce. Conversation data sits in 2 Salesforce objects, a recording object holding the summary and full transcript and an indexing object, so the transcript survives the end of the subscription and the reports and Flows built on that data keep working. Video files are the exception: they're held by Weflow and exported through the public API to your own cloud storage rather than stored in Salesforce.
