Weflow vs Airspeed

By Weflow · Updated October 9, 2026

Weflow is the Revenue AI Orchestration platform for sales, customer success, and RevOps teams. It captures every email, meeting and call, turns conversations into structured CRM data you own, and forecasts on it. Airspeed, formerly Glyphic, acts on recorded calls: it writes CRM fields, scores deals and runs agents.

With Weflow, we forecast within 7% by week 4 of the quarter.

Frequently asked questions

Can Weflow replace Airspeed?

For a team on Salesforce, yes. Weflow covers recording, AI Field Updates, summaries, follow-ups, scorecards, deal scoring and forecast roll-ups, and adds email and meeting capture for every rep, pipeline analytics and forecast accuracy. You give up Airspeed's AI roleplay, agents that read Slack, Notion and product data, its embedded engineer and its HubSpot support.

Airspeed also writes fields from calls. What is the difference?

The data underneath. Airspeed writes what a recorded call produced: field values, a Task or Event with the summary, tasks and contacts. Weflow writes that too, and also logs every email and every external meeting, recorded or not, so field updates, deal scores and forecasts read the account's full history instead of only the calls the recorder joined.

Is Airspeed a notetaker?

No. Airspeed, formerly Glyphic, calls itself a revenue execution platform: after each call it updates the CRM, drafts the follow-up, scores the deal and coaches the rep, and agents run on that data. The difference with Weflow is scope rather than AI depth: Airspeed starts from the recorded call, Weflow from every email, meeting and call your team has.

What happens to our data if we leave?

With Weflow, activity, transcripts, summaries and AI field values are your own Salesforce records and stay after cancellation. Airspeed is its own system of record: transcripts, insights, deal scores and agent runs live in Airspeed, and a customer who leaves gets a CSV export by emailing support, with recording links that expire.

Does Airspeed do forecasting?

Yes, as an add-on. Reps submit on one board per motion, managers adjust amount, stage and close date, and every submission is kept in Airspeed. It has no pipeline waterfall, pacing chart, stage conversion view or forecast accuracy against actuals. Weflow's Deal Intelligence & Forecasting includes all of them, plus an AI projection with a low, middle and high range.

How does pricing compare?

Weflow costs $19 to $79 per user per month, billed annually with a 10-user minimum, with no platform or implementation fee. Airspeed has no public price list: annual contracts start at about $5,000 a year, priced per seat in tiered bands with Recording and View-Only seats, a forward-deployed engineer in every plan, and forecasting sold as an add-on.

Can we try either before buying?

Yes. Weflow offers a 14-day free trial on your own Salesforce, with implementation included and a 30–45 minute technical setup. Since September 2026 anyone can sign up for Airspeed with a work email and try it on their own calls, and its Forecasting add-on comes with a 30-day free trial.

Where is our data hosted?

Weflow hosts in Frankfurt, New York or Sydney, matched to your Salesforce region with an EU or UK override, with zero AI data retention and SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR and CCPA. Airspeed stores personal data in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States with no documented choice of region, and holds SOC 2 Type II with GDPR and HIPAA compliance.

We use HubSpot. Which one should we choose?

Airspeed. Weflow works only with Salesforce and is built on the Salesforce API, which is what lets it respect custom objects, validation rules and permission sets. Airspeed connects to Salesforce or HubSpot, one at a time, with the same two-way mechanics on both, including call logging, field writes and its deal board and forecasting.
