Weflow vs Momentum vs Attention

By Weflow · Updated October 9, 2026

Weflow is the Revenue AI Orchestration platform for sales, customer success, and RevOps teams. It captures every email, meeting and call, turns conversations into CRM data you own, and forecasts on it. Momentum, owned by Salesforce, and Attention both start from the call: they turn conversations into summaries, field updates and actions, and rely on other tools for email in Salesforce and for forecasting.

We weren't buying conversation intelligence. We were buying a unified data layer that the entire go-to-market motion could run on, and a partner who understood that distinction.

Feature comparison

If your goal is Slack-first deal workflows on top of the recorder you already run, Momentum is a good choice. If it is building your own AI agents on call data, across HubSpot or Salesforce, Attention is. When you want every interaction captured into CRM data you own, with forecasting on top, choose Weflow.

What users of each tool say

Weflow

Frequently asked questions

Momentum, Attention and Weflow all record calls. What is the real difference?

What each is built around. Momentum and Attention start from the conversation: AI reads each call and turns it into summaries, field updates, alerts and agent actions. Weflow starts from your revenue data: every email, meeting, contact and call is captured into your CRM, and Conversation Intelligence, forecasting and AI agents run on that complete picture. Agents are only as good as the data they can reach.

Can Weflow replace both Momentum and Attention?

Yes, for teams on Salesforce. Weflow covers their recording, summaries, follow-ups, field updates, scorecards and deal risk, and adds every email logged to Salesforce, forecasting, pipeline analytics and in-person recording. You give up Momentum's Slack-first workflows, Attention's live call prompts, its low-code agent builder and read and write MCP server, and Attention's HubSpot support.

Momentum can run on Attention recordings. Should we use them together?

Some teams do: Momentum reads calls recorded by Attention, Gong, Chorus, Clari Copilot or Salesloft and writes the insights into Salesforce, so it can sit on top of another recorder. That is two vendors for one job, with email capture and forecasting still elsewhere. Weflow replaces the stack: one platform records, captures every email and meeting, writes into Salesforce and forecasts on it.

Do Momentum or Attention log emails to Salesforce?

Not on their own. Momentum logs no email; its only email source is email another tool has already logged to Salesforce Tasks. Attention imports Gmail and Microsoft 365 email into its own store and ties it to accounts and deals, and writing it to the CRM takes a workflow the team builds. Weflow logs every inbound and outbound email server-side as a Salesforce EmailMessage or Task record, with no rep action.

Which of the three does forecasting?

Weflow, fully. Its Deal Intelligence & Forecasting runs deal-by-deal submissions with manager override, an AI projection with a low, middle and high range, parallel forecasts for new business, renewal and expansion, accuracy tracking and a pipeline waterfall. Attention has a forecast grid with columns users enter or roll up from deals. Momentum has no forecast and feeds a team's existing tool, such as Clari or Gong.

Momentum is owned by Salesforce. What does that change?

Salesforce bought Momentum to feed Agentforce and Slackbot with call data and names it the future of call recording and activity capture inside Salesforce, which puts Einstein Activity Capture and Einstein Conversation Insights on a superseded path. It is sold inside Salesforce's sales editions. Weflow and Attention stay independent, and Weflow's agents work your CRM data at a published seat price, without consumption pricing.

We use HubSpot. Which one should we choose?

Attention. It syncs two ways with HubSpot, writes call values into the HubSpot properties an admin maps, and its team maps other CRMs on request. Weflow works only with Salesforce, built entirely on the Salesforce API, and Momentum supports only Salesforce Sales Cloud, so neither fits a HubSpot team.

How do the prices compare?

Weflow costs $19 to $79 per user per month, billed annually, with no platform or implementation fee and AI included in the seat; the full platform for 50 users is $47,400 a year. Momentum's Business plan with the $30 recording add-on comes to $99 per user, or $59,400 a year for 50 users, with no forecasting. Attention does not publish pricing, so its number comes from a sales call.

Where is our data hosted?

Weflow hosts in Frankfurt, New York or Sydney, matching your Salesforce region by default with an override to keep data in the EU or UK, and keeps zero AI data retention. Momentum stores and processes customer data on Google Cloud in the United States with no choice of region. Attention stores data in the US and runs a separate EU instance for EU-hosted customers.
