Weflow vs Clari vs Aviso

By Weflow · Updated October 2, 2026

Weflow captures your emails, meetings and calls and writes them, with transcripts, summaries and AI Field Updates, into your own Salesforce, then builds deal signals and forecasts on that complete data, for $19–$79 per user per month. Clari is quote-only, estimated at $120–$180 per user, and Aviso prices every deal as a custom proposal. Both run their forecasting from a separate layer next to Salesforce.

With Weflow, we forecast within 7% by week 4 of the quarter.

Which one fits your team

You are replacing Clari or Aviso

Forecast calls your team submitted in Clari import into Weflow from Clari's API or a CSV, so forecast history is not lost. Pricing is published per seat and modules are sold standalone, so you can switch module by module.

Better fit: Weflow

Your forecast runs but activity is incomplete

Activity & Contact Capture ($19/user/month) writes native Task, Event and EmailMessage records for every email and meeting, so the forecast tool reads complete data. Run one capture engine only.

Better fit: Weflow

Your RevOps team cannot run a services project

Technical integration takes 30–45 minutes with no implementation fee. Buyers report Clari professional-services fees of $15K–$50K, and Aviso is rolled out by its own implementation team.

Better fit: Weflow

You want the forecast to run on your real Salesforce records

Weflow forecasts on the amount and date fields in Salesforce itself. Aviso copies Salesforce into its own platform and forecasts from the copy, and Clari keeps a separate operating layer.

Better fit: Weflow

Multi-BU, multi-region overlay forecast hierarchies

Roll-up forecasting is Clari's most established product, and its enterprise roll-ups across 1,000+ reps are more mature than Weflow's.

Better fit: Clari

You want engagement and forecasting on one contract

Clari and Salesloft merged in December 2025. Weflow does no sales engagement: no sequencing, no cadence engine, no dialer.

Better fit: Clari

Your CRMs include HubSpot, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP or Siebel

Aviso runs on all of them and merges several CRM instances into one forecast. Weflow is Salesforce-only.

Better fit: Aviso

You forecast usage-based revenue or want AI agents

Aviso runs consumption forecasting next to traditional forecasting and builds custom agents in Agent Studio. Weflow does not offer consumption forecasting.

Better fit: Aviso

Frequently asked questions

Does Weflow replace my existing Salesforce forecasting setup, or do I have to reconfigure everything?

Weflow forecasting runs independently from Salesforce native forecasting, so your existing forecast types, categories and reports keep working alongside it. You configure forecast types, cadences and hierarchies inside Weflow separately, and each forecast setup is built on one Salesforce amount field indexed on one date field. There is no migration or reconfiguration of your Salesforce forecasting required.

Can I start with just one Weflow product and add more later, or do I have to buy the full platform?

Yes. Activity & Contact Capture ($19/user/month), Conversation Intelligence ($39/user/month) and Deal Intelligence & Forecasting ($39/user/month) are each sold standalone. A common pattern is to keep Clari or Aviso for forecasting and start with Weflow Activity Capture and Conversation Intelligence, then add forecasting later if needed. Bundles at $49, $59 or $79 per user per month are available when you are ready to consolidate.

How is Weflow different from Aviso?

Aviso copies your Salesforce data into its own platform on a periodic sync and runs forecasting, hierarchies and permissions from that copy, which lets it merge several CRMs. It writes back only cleanly mapped emails and meetings, and its own implementation team builds the setup. Weflow works on your Salesforce records directly: capture, signals and forecasts are written to Salesforce objects in real time, with technical setup in 30 to 45 minutes. Aviso is the better fit if you run Oracle, SAP or Siebel, or forecast usage-based revenue.

How does the Clari and Salesloft merger affect my evaluation?

Clari and Salesloft merged on 3 December 2025 and now ship one monthly release covering four products: Clari, Clari Copilot, Salesloft and Groove, which still run as separate applications. Clari Capture is no longer sold as a product, and activity capture is now Salesloft's CRM sync. Moving onto Clari does not reduce the number of systems you run, it puts them on one invoice, so if you are signing a multi-year contract, ask when packaging and pricing settle.

Does Weflow record phone calls? Our team does 40%+ of outreach by phone.

Weflow is not a dialer. Its desktop app records phone calls that run through your computer, such as Aircall or RingCentral softphones, with no bot in the call, and recordings from a connected dialer are pulled in, transcribed, written back to Salesforce and scored alongside meetings and emails. Calls on a rep's personal mobile line and SMS are not captured. Clari's phone recording comes through the Salesloft Dialer, a paid add-on, and Aviso imports calls from RingCentral and from Gong rather than recording dialer calls itself.

How does Weflow handle recording consent and GDPR compliance for conversation intelligence?

Weflow is a German company hosted in Frankfurt, and your instance runs in the region where your Salesforce sits, which can be overridden to keep data in the EU or UK. Consent is configured as opt-in, opt-out or none. When an external participant opts out of a recording, nothing is retained. AI providers retain zero Weflow data and customer data is never used to train models. Clari services host customer data in the US only, while Aviso customers choose their hosting region.

Is Weflow FedRAMP certified?

No. Weflow holds SOC 2 Type II, supports GDPR and CCPA, and has an ISO 27001 certification in progress with a December 2026 target. If FedRAMP is a procurement requirement, confirm certification status with each vendor before you start an evaluation.

We use HubSpot or Dynamics, not Salesforce. Can Weflow work for us?

No. Weflow is Salesforce-only, on all editions with API access. Clari's Deals and Forecast also run on Salesforce only, though Clari Copilot writes call notes to HubSpot and Pipedrive and Salesloft's data layer syncs with Dynamics 365. Aviso runs on Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP and Siebel. Weflow's Salesforce depth is a deliberate choice: it stores data in native Salesforce objects (Task, Event, EmailMessage) precisely because it does not abstract across several CRMs.

What Salesforce integration user setup does Weflow require, and what happens if it disconnects?

The Weflow install is two Salesforce managed packages, one integration user with a dedicated permission set, and one mail app installed centrally in the Microsoft or Google admin console, with no code deployment. If activity capture breaks at the connection level, for example when the integration user disconnects, Weflow emails your admin and alerts the customer success manager who owns your account. Weflow respects existing validation rules, field dependencies and permissions natively, so there is no second set of rules to maintain.
