Methodology Consistency Agent
Compare pipelines across teams by mapping their different qualification frameworks onto one scale, then scoring every open deal in the same weekly run.
- Trigger: every Monday, across all teams
- AI steps: map each team’s qualification fields, then score every deal on the common scale
- Output: a unified score written to every open opportunity

Agent breakdown
A blueprint to adapt, not a fixed recipe. Set the trigger, thresholds, and methodology that fit your team, and each step builds on the last, using the conversation and CRM context you already capture.
Run it weekly across every team
Each Monday, the agent starts one run across every team. Re-scoring all open deals together gives RevOps a comparison from the same point in time, even when teams use different qualification frameworks.
- Schedule: Every Monday
- Scope: All teams
Pull every open opportunity
Next, the agent pulls every open opportunity across all teams. Using the full open pipeline rather than a sample means the final scores can be compared consistently from team to team.
- Include: Every open opportunity across all teams
- Exclude: Closed opportunities
Pull the framework each team runs
For each team, the agent pulls the qualification framework it uses. This gives the next step the context it needs to match fields that represent the same qualification point, even when teams name or structure them differently.
- Fields: Team and qualification framework
- Scope: Every team included in the weekly run
Map the fields to one scale
With each team’s framework identified, the agent maps its qualification fields onto one common scale. It matches fields that represent the same qualification point and records when a field has no equivalent, rather than forcing unlike fields together.
The resulting mapping gives the next step one consistent way to read qualification across every team.
You are mapping the qualification fields used by different teams onto one common scale.
Input: each team, the qualification framework it runs, and its qualification fields.
- Identify fields across the frameworks that represent the same qualification point.
- Map equivalent fields to the same point on the common scale.
- Keep each team’s original field name and framework in the mapping.
- Where a field has no equivalent, say so rather than forcing a match.
Return the common scale, followed by the mapping for each team. For every qualification field, include the team, framework, original field, its equivalent on the common scale, and whether it has no equivalent.
Score every deal the same way
Using that mapping, the agent scores every open deal on the common scale. This gives RevOps one score to compare across pipelines while preserving the differences between the frameworks each team runs.
Where a framework leaves a field unmapped, the agent marks the deal’s score as partial so that difference remains visible in the comparison.
You are scoring every open deal using the common qualification scale and field mapping from the previous step.
Input: every open opportunity, its team and qualification framework, its qualification field values, and the common field mapping.
- Apply the same common scale to every open deal.
- Use the mapping for the framework run by the deal’s team.
- Produce one unified qualification score for each deal.
- Where the framework leaves a field unmapped, mark the score as partial.
Return one result per open deal with the deal, team, framework, unified score, whether the score is partial, and any unmapped fields.
Write the score to the deal
Finally, the agent writes the unified qualification score to each open opportunity. The score sits alongside the team’s existing qualification fields, so RevOps can compare pipelines without replacing the framework each team already uses.
- Update: Unified qualification score
- Keep: Each team’s existing qualification fields
Unified qualification scores, with partial scores marked, on every open opportunity
Compare every team’s open pipeline using qualification scores produced from the same common scale. Each score sits alongside the team’s existing framework fields, with partial scores marked where that framework leaves a field unmapped.
- For RevOps: Compare qualification across teams without requiring every team to use the same framework.
